I had a pleasant experience with the front desk ladies and the person that took my X-rays. All were very kind and made me feel welcome. My issue was with the dentist and the hygienist. I had a change in insurance, but prior to the change, I kept up with my biannual appointments and brush and floss 2x daily (under the gum too), and my old dentist and hygienist always complimented my oral hygiene. At this place, the dentist did some of the cleaning and had poor scaling technique and bed side manner. My previous hygienist wasn't exactly soft handed, but she didn't draw up nearly as much blood or have me writhing and wincing in pain in the chair like this dentist did. This dentist had a very forceful and heavy hand. My gums hurt and were bleeding, and the hygienist that brushed/polished my teeth after the dentist wrecked my gums told me I needed to floss because my gums were bleeding... Miss, if you look at my gums, you can see they are healthy, pink, and not inflamed, and I have minimal buildup on my teeth. Word of advice to anyone considering this place, go somewhere where the hygienist is doing the bulk of the cleaning, not the dentist.

Please don't go off Reviews because every single worker there was so nice to me, down to the reception and the Dr. Tran,.I do have to go to a surgeon for to get my tooth pulled which my other dentist was willing to do it there right on spot but the other place is so booked a month out tho...but will return.

I couldn't be anymore grateful for this whole entire office I was terrified and they were calming, caring and friendly and the doctor was amazing! He reassured me in my worries and got the job done safe and fast Thank you all of Happy Dental

Happy Dental took amazing care of my wife. Thank you so much to the dentist for doing such a great job and being so patient and to the whole entire staff for being so nice and caring. I'll be back for all my dental work

This place has more horrible ratings then good, that should tell you about their practice. They are known for their unprofessional, rude attitude. Doctor Hung Tran Nguyen was beyond horrible. I have never been to a dentist office where they approache you with a attitude, then when you're trying to tell her which tooth is bothering she doesn't let you finish before she forcefully put her finger in your mouth. Dentist are supposed to view your mouth but I felt violated. Then she wanted to rudely talk over you & when I told her she was being really rude she walked out of the room. I'm glad she didn't do any services for me, she definitely shouldn't be working on no body's mouth. If I could rate a zero I would!

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I went there for them to check on my wisdom teeth, they took a bunch of x-rays of the side of my mouth that hurts for tell me I need a root canal. I come back for my appointment 3 days later for them to tell me they can only take my insurance as they can't find my wife's and charge me $650 for service. I had no pain in my mouth for days. Day of my appointment, they wanted a mold of the tooth for the crown and more x-rays that was done with so little care, I'm in actual excruciating pain now. AFTER SITTING FOR AN HOUR DOING NOTHING, the Dr comes in stating that he doesn't feel comfortable doing the procedure and he's not going to do it!! This place is the worst! Not only did this inconvenience me, it inconvenienced my entire family as my wife and small children had to drop me off as they don't allow guest inside their office! I'm so beyond livid that they wasted my time. It doesn't make sense, THEY took the x-rays and THEY told me that I needed the root canal and that THEY could do it only for them to tell me they can't. Save your time and yourself the headache and rage and go to a different, more competent and caring dental office.

Sat in the lobby for an hour past my appointment time. Front desk was not polite when I voiced my concerns. Over an hour in the back and I'm still waiting. Don't bother to make an appointment it's not worth it. You will still wait 2 -3 hours just tell same as wandering in.

Worst. Place. Ever. The receptionists are very rude and only there to sit pretty and do nothing. there bothered if you go in and only want your money. Literally threw the papers to sign in at me. DIDNT accept my sister even though she had perfect insurance dental. Do not go to this place.

They only want your money. The Dentist was willing to pull perfectly healthy teeth just for a Check!! She ignored my issue w my wisdom tooth never even asked me what was wrong, where the pain was or anything!! No compassion at all. She never looked at the issue with my tooth because she knew she couldn't get paid off that because another specialist has to pull your wisdom tooth, she is not qualified to do so. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE I SEEN IN MY LIFE.

Front desk staff extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, I walked in and walked right out and scheduled else where. If I knew they would be this unprofessional I would've never scheduled

I swear I didn't know if I should try this office due to the reviews but I came in and I found the best Dentist ever best prices I found . I am actually super Happy with the front office they are taking all measures for the Covid I will be starting my braces with them . I feel you guy's shouldn't go based on all negative reviews because the staff is just doing there job . Great prices and great customer service.

The staff here is very unprofessional. They want you to pay for service when they weren't even open during the Pandemic months. In others pay for services you've never received. Then you schedule an appointment and the haven't fact checked your payment and there still asking for payment without even checking the file. I'll be so happy when dealing with them is over. They're disrespectful and very snappy young girls.

Front office safe is beyond nasty can't wait to have my services completed. Ortho is amazing but unfortunately with office safe answering the phone as if they are home and mannerisms of kids gross seriously

This Dental office is awesome !!, staff is very friendly & made sure I understood everything that was going on during my exam and cleaning ! Very clean and neat office, staff has awesome protective gear !

Had to wait in the chair for the dentist for over an hour and a half. No excuses! Everyone was nice but you can only carry nice so far. I highly recommend you go elsewhere
