I went there, concerned about sanitation they need training after observing, very concerned about these reviews. People today are just filthy and no common sense or common courtesy. They need to really practice safety handling and proper glove use, don't work on someone's mouth go touching everything with the same gloves, and not sanitize. So gross!

Staff here is the worse, so unprofessional! They don't wear name tag. They are verbally and nonverbally agressive towards patients. They are in serious needs of staff training on proper communication skills with their patients and in need of HIPPA training. They will come out into the waiting room and yell at you your treatment plan in front of others. So they are sharing with everyone there your private health information.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. My mother went there for a root canal and she had to take antibiotics because of her medical condition. She told them three times she could not take penicillin due to a life threatening medical condition she has and needed a different antibiotic that her doctor advised. When she went to take her medicine she saw they prescribed her Penecillin!! Thank goodness she noticed the pill was the wrong one. When she called back to tell them they messed up, the office hung up on her! After the second try they answered and said 'we thought Penicillin would be better for you because the other antibiotics are too strong'! What is wrong with these people??? they could have killed my mom because their incompetent office workers decided they wanted to play doctor. Avoid this place like the plague! They should be shut down and shame on them for running a business this way! Also, the office person NANCY is rude AF.

Doesnt even deserve a star. Do not bring your child here! My child went home traumatized! We were referred by our dentist and originally came for a baby root canal. The staff or dentist didnt even informed us that they did pulled a tooth!

It does no good to make an appt. You're there on time and they don't take you until 1 or 2 hrs later. They want you there on time yet they don't care about getting you back for your appt. They are always changing hands you never know who you're going to see.it was much better back in about 2008 I believe the year was. Very uncaring staff.

I was looking for an office who would see my 2 year old. No office would do treatment since my son was not allowing himself. This office is amazing, the staff is amazing, very friendly young ladies in the front as well as the staff helping the doctor. Will make this my new office.

I was there 5 days ago to have wisdom tooth pulled (surgically) on the day I was told it would be pulled normally and not surgically. They did not have all of the correct equipment as my mouth was opened and the on call doctor was searching for instruments to use. Finally the tooth was pulled and I was sent off with no pain prescription no antibiotics no stitches! Now I am in sever pain asking for pain medication prescription stronger than I have and they send me a text saying to contact my doctor. They finally prescribed antibiotics after 5 days of pain. I haven't dated in 5 days because of the pain. I would not recommend you go to this dentist. Worst dental office. Dirty and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

I was referred here by my dentist just for a second opinion because this is a children's specialist dental office.My 4 yr old daughter fell and hit her front tooth so we went in to check if it needed to be extracted.When I had her checked in this office the first Dr said she needed to extract her front tooth and had a mouth full of cavities when we had just had her teeth clean a few weeks prior and had none so that raise a red flag. So I ask to see another Dr in that office after explaining to her my daughter didn't have any cavities she said only two really needed to be done. So I made a appointment to go still not completely convinced my daughter has cavities are even needs an extraction.They told me I had to pay almost $500 with my PPO insurance for the two fillings and extraction I thought that was a little pricey and odd they didn't tell me prior to my visit like everyone carries that kind of money on them.From my experience in working at a dentist office I didn't feel very good about this place .So I went back to my dental office by this time my daughters tooth was stronger then how it was when she first fell and hit her tooth. Without hesitation the dr said she didn't need an extraction just needed to be cleaned.Everyone at this office was really nice I will give them that but I feel they are just in it for the money and it's not right to have to give children a procedure they don't need.

If i could i would give this dental office 0 stars. I have taken my son in for a root canal and fillings areand a few weeks later found out that he had an infection and an abses above the area they had worked on. I went back to this office on 3 different occions and all they did was floss his teeth and told me that they would not recommend removing the tooth. I took my son to a different dentist were they told me he had a alot of swelling and the infection was still there and that the tooth needed to me removed and that the fillinhs were cracked. This is by far the WORST dental office i have ever taken my son not only is he traumatized but now he needs to go through this again. Very unprofessional, very uncaring, AND very negligent.
