I wish there was a negative marking! Very rude and unprofessional. Saw all the comments and ignored it as it was an emergency. But I regret going there. I booked an appointment for tooth extraction, and dentist said we are closing now and we can not baby sit you after office hour (after anesthesia it could take up to 1 hour for a patient to wake up). So, why did you give appointment at 4:30pm when you know you can not stay after 5 pm?!! Why didn't you say that this is going to be a primary visit only? While making the appointment, I clearly said that I need tooth extraction and it is urgent. DO NOT GO THERE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM WASTE OF TIME if this is an emergency

Went to get my tooth taken out March 29th...Sent home cause he said I needed some medication to come back the next week..Spent$40 on Uber to go and come..Now I go back and he asks what are we doing today..I said we doing 2 extractions..Oh does it hurt and continues to tap on the tooth.. I said please don't do that again..He asks which teeth are we taking out for the 3rd time..Now I'm getting mad..He said just cause your name is on the list doesn't mean I can take care of you today..I almost broke everything on there... Grabbed my referral and got outta there before giving him an ear ful...DONT GO TO THIS SCAM ARTIST...DONT GO TO THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!

This place is disgusting, dirty..please stay far away form it. Your healthy is very much at risk here.

Honestly this place NEEDS to be investigated. The doctor I was trying to see (bc he was listed as working here under a list of providers my insurance sent me) and whom I had mentioned more than 3x over the phone, turned out to not even be a doctor here?!!! When I asked about the doctor I was there to specifically see (after having waited for 2+ hrs) the receptionist and dentist (the one pictured in review below) whispered and ignored my question. I demanded an answer and all they told me was that he doesn't work there. No further explanations. At this point I chose to listen to the reviews I had read and as soon as I found out the dentist I was trying to see doesn't practice here, I grabbed my paperwork and RAN. Mind you, my original appointment date was two days prior to this, and when I arrived (on time) I was told that the dentist had an emergency and would be back in two hours? (I saw in the below reviews that this had happened to someone else as well). Please stay away from this place. Go to a clinic instead if you have to. This place does not look like it would be approved by ANY board. It appears HIGHLY unsanitary and unprofessional. Not worth the risk. Your health matters and should be treated adequately. This place AIN'T IT.

Dinosaur Ages the place is dirty. Not equipped with today technologies. The doctor was late, prescription hand written won't accept in the pharmacy of your choice horrible experience.

I've finally arrived home after a long day and a waste of time due to this place. PLEASE READ THIS AS THIS IS A PLACE WHERE YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK ! This is going to be a long review and a reasonable one. Due to how peoples lives and health are literally in danger. If I was able to give it absolutely 0 stars I would. To start off I was referred here in order to received a surgical removal of my wisdom tooth. Mind you, I've been in critical pain and have been eager to get this done because as a student I also cannot be missing school. By just being in this place, it's environment conditions are beyond terrible and unprofessional. Bugs, very high uncomfortable heat temperatures, and a disgusting smell. The receptionist plays both jobs as a dentist assistant yet alone being a receptionist. Meanwhile, peoples documents are scattered everywhere on the desk and everything is beyond unorganized. I had a appointment at 12pm, I was then told the dentist had a emergency and I had to come back at 2pm. Mind you we, as in me and my mother, wasn't even told until we were sitting there impatiently and my mother had to get up and ask herself. We both then proceed to come back at 2pm, as a student I have my own issues going on and barely receive rest. So to past time, we get there around 2pm. I go and end up taking a quick nap, in the uncomfortable chair, 2 hours go by. I wake up and my mother was never told anything about me, her child, being seen. My mother then proceeds to ask am I being seen next or in other words she asks, what's going on and what's going to happen next. A patient before us, comes out from the back of the dentist room, after a wisdom teeth removal. She's aware but still on a few drugs from her anesthesia since she was put to sleep. She proceeds to say how the dentist is beyond rude. Also when she asked what needle was being inserted, due to her concern because she has asthma, he proceeded to not answer her question and insert the needle anyway. Which is so much of a risk and danger of another persons life. From that clue, as a student and having a mother by my side. I was concerned and so was my mom. I did not want my life in the hands of a man like that. When he proceeded to come out from the back, he was a very very older man, looked unprofessional. Had a very disgusting and rude tone of voice and demeanor. He had shoes on that barely fit him, his crusty, white, dry feet wasn't covered at all which is very unsanitary. He then proceeded to use disgusting use of words when I asked questions. Seem as if he didn't care nor wanted to have anything to deal with his patients no matter the age, reasoning, or health concern. With how everything was going I started to become very skeptical if I even still wanted to have my tooth removal done here. I went and asked around 3 questions and all was answered very disgusting. Throughout all the rudeness and unprofessionalism, my mother and I tried to keep our "chill" so we can at least get our answers and either decided to either want to come back or be referred to another dentist. One of my questions was about my wisdom tooth exposure, whether its to out or is it still to low to get it removed. He proceeded to check my mouth, drop the tool on my chest then put it back in my mouth. Then proceeded to show my mother and make her come up with a answer to whether or not its ready to come out, as if she's a dentist. On top of that he's a dentist, but his breath is beyond bad. It stunk so much it was unbearable to talk to him face to face. There were tools on the floor, things unorganized. Also, we demanded our papers back because since we were never seen and how unsatisfied we were, we didn't want them with our personal information. Nor did we want any charges or issues with our insurance. But that also became a issue when she didn't want to give us our personal papers. Also claiming she doesn't know where they are. There's so much more, but overall I HIGHLY do NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE.

How is this place still open?? The inside stinks and will make you literally throw up! The receptionist doesn't speak well English and it's not a professional, so If you need help or need to ask a question, don't even waste your time asking her. The doctor look super dirty and don't be changing his gloves. If I can give this place a -10 start I would but unfortunately I have to give them one so everyone could see this review and now come here. I need this place investigated and shut down.

Made an appointment for 12pm told me dont eat 3hr Before got there i got there on time, they end up seeing me late at 3pm minded u that 6 hrs not without eating I need 3 extraction that was the agreement he only took out one I super im piss !!!!!

This office could be alittle better...in the winter time it's very freezing in this dental office with no heat....time to wait is pretty long and somewhat irritating. The female receptionist in this office is amazing and friendly! This place does need a big improvement on renovating! Other than that this place is ok! Better than apple dental!
