I would like to say that after a Root Canal done this morning by Dr. Hanson that he is the best . Would definitely recommend him if you are in need of root canal. Very nice office personnel from beginning to end. Thank you Dr. Hanson for making this easy and comfortable for me. D. Steele

Already went once and Dr. Hanson and his staff are HANDS DOWN the very BEST you could ask for when it comes to a root canal. He is very considerate of his patients and constantly asks you of you're okay during the procedure. He even told me he was sorry I was going through it. I've never had a dentist be so sympathetic and polite as he is. The staff is amazing as well!! If I could give this office 10 stars I would! I am headed back next week for another one unfortunately, but feel completely confident because they are so awesome there!!!

Great Dr and nice office staff. Explained everything thoroughly, and asked me if I had any questions, they made things simple, and knew their stuff, which made it easy for me to decide I loved the place. A+

I was staying in Rosemary Beach when I needed to have a root canal. I did my research online and found Dr. Hanson's office. I liked the fact that he was in the military and knew I would get the best care! Dr. Hanson's office saw me right away and they could not have been nicer and were very professional! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs!!!

From the first phone call this office won me over. Professional, friendly, clean office. If ever there was a good experience at the dentist this is it! Dr. Hanson is amazing at what he does! He has a way of numbing where you barely feel it and then after that it's easy breezy. Two root canals and zero complaints! Thank you for making this experience easier than I thought it could be. Wonderful office!!

My review is based on the office staff. When I originally called I had been referred by my dentist, I called the office gave them my info I was asked which insurance I had ,I responded with Fl. Combined life asked if they needed the number (because I was sitting in front of my computer with the info handy) and was told ,no, they'd look it up. I was told they did not take my insurance and there would be extra expenses because of that. So, at that time I did not make the appointment I called back and did schedule because there is no one in the area that takes Fl. Combined life so I was ready to take the financial cost. Walking into the office ready to pay to get in she asked me for my insurance info not expecting to need because she was going to 'look me up' I started trying to find my insurance number. I asked her while I was trying to pull it up on my phone why she didn't call me to get the info if she needed it, (especially since she had told me previously she would just look me up) She responded "You gave me the wrong information, you don't have Fl. Combined life what do you have..delta dental...she named some others" and I responded "no...none of those sound familiar because I have always had fl. combined life"f meanwhile i'm trying to look up the info and fl blues website is not responded quickly. I had literally been there SIX minutes when she responded in the snarkiest tone "if this is going to take much longer we'll have to reschedule" Besides the fact '6 minutes?'... 3 of the minutes were you trying to tell me I don't have fl. combined life. I asked...wasn't I going to have to pay anyway so what did it matter. She said she needed to input because I HAD GIVEN HER THE WRONG INFO (caps on that for a reason) I'm getting flustered because the site isn't coming up so I tell her to just reschedule she starts to give me the date and continues to berate me about what dental company it is and i'm like FL COMBINED LIFE. Which she responded 'no it isnt'....So I left before I got angry. Drove down the road pulled over and got the website to pull up mind you at this point it's only 16 minutes after my appt was scheduled. I called the office told her I had my account number. she said " I don't need that....I need to know what company it is" I told her I don't see it on the website but it has always been fl. combined life. She said to go ahead and just give her the numbers. I did so. She said she found it. I asked what company does it say? She said "Fl. Combined Life" then starts telling me she had tried to call my doc for the info and all tat this point I'm thinking is 'you could have called me as well...if there is some sort of time crunch that 6 minutes loses my appointment!" So here is my advice to your office from someone in the service industry. Your front office is the first appearance of your office when speaking to people try to be open to the fact that your customers are human beings and deserve the tiniest bit of patience because you may have been the one that was wrong. Not to mention the sheer act of being patient would have given me the opportunity to pull up the info you needed. I would like the Google community reading this to be aware that I rarely give 1 star, you can check my reviews.

Just had a root canal done! Dr. Hanson and his staff were wonderful! So patient and kind! He is very light handed! I'm not even sore once I left his chair! Would highly recommend!

Office staff are very sweet. Fast service! The dr was a nice guy and made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would refer him in a heart beat!

Don't take your children there. Very unprofessional! They used no suction and she couldn't swallow. She was having a hard time breathing from plastic piece holding mouth open. When she tried to let them know. . The Dentist screamed at her and was very hateful which caused her to start crying. He then stopped the procedure and refused to continue. He was huffy when he came in the waiting room and acted like a jerk.
