Extremely unprofessional scammers. Said I had a cavity and gum disease to get me to sign up for a out-of pocket treatment and deep cleaning. Got second opinion and confirmed I did not have any issues and only needed a annual cleaning. Unaccounted waiting time for a scheduled appointment. Waited over 1 hour forty minutes just to get X-rays after complaining of excessive long wait time. Then waited to be seen another 20 minutes. Staff is rude and inconsiderate of patients schedule.

The receptionist hung up on me 3 times. Told me to call back with the number tooth to extract then when they finally answered said they have nothing for months and couldn't book me in, why not say that from the beginning. Nasty attitude and I can see why this place has 1.8 stars.

I have been going here for 2 years and can no longer justify it. The doctors provide good service and the receptionists try to be nice but every time I have an appointment I am not seen for 2 hours, not an exaggeration.

The workers at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They make smirks as people walk away. If I had not started my dental work there I would not return due to the employees at the front desk.

I have been going to these dentists for over 15 years and Dr Giddeon and staff have always made my visits pleasant! It's important to have dentists who are experienced and who are committed in providing superb hygienic practices !

My first visit took three hours for a simple check up. But you know what, fine, whatever. My second visit for a removal of a wisdom tooth tooth just about an hour, and that's a great thing. But while I was there BOTH TIMES I witnessed SEVERAL displeased customers. And to top it off, I must say how ANGRY I am that they told me they would have antibiotics sent to my pharmacy and NEVER DID IT!! That's right! They said they would contact them, and when I called the pharmacy, they said they had no call from them so I went back to the dentist, and they said by the end of the day it would be done. Well guess what, it WASNT! The next day this dental office apologized and said it'd be done in the next 20 minutes at most. Well I called the pharmacy HOURS later and they STILL never sent the prescription of antibiotics in!! This dental is horrible. The bad reviews are for a reason. And worst of all, all the replies to the negative reviews are the exact same copy/paste replies as the others. I'm definitely gonna be changing dentists.

I've never been there but I'd like to point out that all of the reviews are getting the same automated response.

This place is all about making money. They will recommend service that is not needed. The wait to see the dentist is Extremely long. They charged me for the service my insurance paid for. I would never recommend this dental office to my enemy.

I would like to start off by saying READ the reviews before you schedule an appointment. Something I wish I've done , my experience with Hanson dental was horrible. My appointment was at 1:30 (which I made on time ) I wasn't seen until 3:15 , the receptionist was rude and unprofessional . Once I finally got called back for my scheduled "root canal " the dentist I seen was so unprofessional, he literally didn't introduce himself, share the upcoming procedure steps . He made me feel so uncomfortable and scared to even voice my opinion on how I felt at the moment. I want to another dentist office days later and was informed that the previous work I had done ( root canal from Hanson dentist ) messed up the nerves in my two front teeth even more . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I went there for an extraction. I had to wait for a very long time. Once there they took an x-ray and the oral surgeon came in, he just said we are extracting it today. He got to work and just walk away, he left all his tools in the room scattered on the chair's table. I thought that an x-ray would be done to make sure everything was taken out. I was wrong!! the bleeding never stopped. At about 10 p.m. I was very hungry I removed the gauze, I touched the place where the extraction was done and I noticed a piece of the tooth was left there stuck to my gums, because it was late night and I didn't know what to do I yank the piece of tooth that was left there, very painful and scary experience. That place felt like a butcher shop, no one took their time to explain anything. It was like, done, next one.

I came to this place and waited for 2 hours just to even be seen by the dentist. After that this old looking man aggressively worked on my teeth for 20 minutes at a time. Randomly leaving in between for about 30 minutes and did this at least 3 times. Extremely unprofessional and still didn't do my root canal correctly. Go back to dental school you have caused irreversible damage to my tooth. I now have to get the tooth removed as no one will work on it since it is messed up. Thanks for nothing.

A very disappointing experience with this place. Why is the wait of 3 hours? I got to my appointment at 12.30pm, it's 3.33pm now and I still haven't been seeing by the dentist/endodontist, this is very shameful. There is not respect for the patients' valuable time.

Zero stars if I could, appt time 11am, arrived at 10:57am, filled out paperwork at 11:43am, walked out at my own accord at 12:40pm. The wait is ridiculous for a consultation paired with the uncomfortable metal chairs. My advice if you are not in pain (thank god I wasnt) please please please avoid this place. The other reviews are not lies.
