Since 1999, Dr. Carrie Hansen has provided quality dental services to her patients in Parma Heights and the surrounding areas. She offers comprehensive dental examinations, general dental services, as well as specializing in a wide array of cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Carrie Hansens mission is to provide a health centered dental practice that cares for all people as unique human beings worthy of her courtesy, compassion and respect. She strives for open and honest communication with truth based diagnosis to help guide the way. She is committed to educating her patients and providing personalized dental care to her patients.
Dr. Carrie Hansen received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed advanced training in a General Practice Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio.

BEST dental experience I have had in a long time. DR. Hansen &her staff were so friendly, her office is clean & decorated so nice for Thanksgiving. I felt so comfortable and like I was family with them. Awesome experience, I will definitely be recommending her office.

I had an appointment Monday at 11am. I was told to be there 15 minutes early with or without online paperwork filled out. I am a travel laboratory scientist. I worked a 12 hour shift and drove home 2 hours to be there at 1045am. When I got there, Amy, was rude and gave me a lecture about needing to be there 30 minutes early since I didn't have her online paperwork ready. Being there 30 minutes early was never said! How dare you act that way to people without knowing outside circumstances. I left angry and will not go back. How rude and unprofessional. If you go here make sure you get that online paperwork done! Worst customer service I've ever had at a Dr office.

I found them very knowledgeable as well as professional yet friendly. Also very conscientious regarding the current epidemic. What I liked most is that it's a small practice where they get to know you and your needs. They don't try to talk you into, often pricey, procedures you don't really need, as I have encountered in the past. I would most definitely recommend them.
