Dr Kaplan, Chrissy and all the other staff are wonderful! Having any procedure on your infant, regardless of how minor, is worrisome and they are understanding and supportive of both baby and parents throughout the process. Dr Kaplan is the best in his field, and I would not consider taking my child anywhere else!

We brought our son (at 4 mo. Old) to Dr Kaplan for mouth ties. Now, 3 years later we visited Dr. Kaplan and staff again for our daughter to address her lip, cheek and tongue ties. The staff were all fantastic! He was very straight, to the point, informative and knowledgeable. He talked us through pre op, post op, what to expect and what he would do during procedure. We had consultation and procedure done at the Hanover office the same day. The in office lactation nurse Chrissy was fantastic, she made sure our daughter latched properly post op, gave pointers as well as addressed all post op exercises to be done daily. Office was very clean and updated. We drove an hour both ways and would do it again, we highly recommend them!

The employees are super nice. The Dr.'s are excellent with my child! They send text message reminders, which I LOVE. No complaints at all so far.

My daughter is 6 years old and has experienced some traumatic dentist visits in the past leaving her with anxiety so bad she won't even open her mouth for anyone to look at her teeth. Since coming to Hanover Pediatric Dentistry she actually get excited when I tell her she has an appointment. We have completely made the switch from our previous dentist to Hanover and wish we had done it sooner. She has become more relaxed with each visit. I can not say enough amazing things about everyone here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff are all friendly and personable, inviting and helpful. I have been to many pediatric dentists and this place is by far the best.
