Had dental work done.she pulled my wisdom tooth nothing for the pain..called 2 days later in pain said something up ..said come in wasnt even dentist who pulled it i said i was in major pain and the secretary who looked at whos not even a dentist said your fine..said cant do anything for the pain..i left went to e.r tooth was infected..total hacks .i wouldn't bring my dog there

I will never return neither will my wife this is the worst dentist I have ever been too they are Greedy and all they care about is the money part wife went in to get her dentures adjustments on both and they wanted $110 for top and bottom thats bulllshit they care about the money that all We will not recommend this place at all and I'm telling all my friends about how nasty the dentist is I give this place a negative 10 stars if they was made right the first time this wouldn't happen Never again will I return and the place is a pigpen out side their may be a person living in the basement the only good this about this place is leaving this place and never returning ever again the other person was waiting for over and hour I got upand left no reason keeping you waiting for an hour when no one else was in the building

It looks like an absolute nightmare inside and out. I waited 45 minutes today to be called in from the waiting room, and they only called me because I complained about the wait. The dentist then cleaned my teeth in about 5 minutes, stabbing me in the gums and making me bleed.

I went to this dentist for a broken tooth I was seen right away unfortunately the dentist seamed to be in a rush to fix my tooth she didn't even wait for my tooth to be numb I was in so much pain I started to cry. Beware when going to it

Omg the worst experience EVER! I had an 'emergency appointment. After filling out the paperwork, nobody said a word about " running late" An hour and a half later.....I left. They just don't care. No treatment, no call..... The atmosphere was extremely unsettling to say the least

This was the worst cleaning I've ever gotten. Very rough, rushed, and not thorough at all. they also tried to sell my something called a "deep cleaning" that they say is recommended every two years that I've never even heard of.

My wife Karen and myself have been coming here for several years. They have a wonderful staff and are the most comforting dental professionals I've ever been with. Dental work never bothered me as it does some people, by they are the most gentle and "painless" professionals I've ever been to. Being 67 years old, that's a large statement (when I was very little, my first dentist didn't use novocaine for fillings)". By the way, their rates are as fair as can be. Thanks so much to Dr. R. Vasudeva and her whole staff. Respectfully, Arnie & Karen Stenborg

The Staff is caring, kind and professional. They pay special attention to preventive Dental care as well as taking care of my teeth. I am a coward when it comes to going to the Dentist and the Dentist is very kind and gentle.

Hanover dental was great to me. There staff was very helpful and polite. They worked with my insurance and budget, helping me get all the work done I really needed to do. There work was excellent I felt no pain (which is what stopped me from going to the dentist in the first place) if you need dental work done recommend them to anyone young or old.

Hanover Dental has been great, they put nice, white caps on my front teeth and got all of my cavities filled. Now my smile and teeth are beautiful I always get compliments about them and I just wanted to say how great Mack and Jason have been since I came to this office they are very personable, nice guys. I highly recommend Hanover Dental to everyone!

Hanover Dental was excellent. The were kind, gentle, and patient. The office was clean and Dr. V. was extremely nice. I felt no pain at all when I got my tooth pulled and they were accommodating to my handicapped needs.

I've been a patient here for years now and haven't had any cause for concern until recently. During my last cleaning i was told I had roughly 5 new cavities. In my 33 years I've only had 1 cavity and that was filled by them without complication. Now, i was told I had a new cavity under my filling and a few others that would need to be taken care of. I was also told I grind my teeth and would benefit from a mouth guard at night. This was all a huge red flag for me as im very careful with my teeth and I no longer felt comfortable with HD. In seeking out a second opinion, I recently saw a new dentist, full xrays, cleaning etc and no cavities! I was shocked! After careful discussion with the doc just in case, I was reassured. In addition to the above, both myself and a relative were told by HD that we had outstanding balances to pay as they "couldn't get in touch with insurance" also not true. Please think twice before you go here and go with your gut instinct.
