I was dissatisfied with my current dentist for a number of reasons but really hadn't taken any action to find a new one. Then I saw Hanover Dental Care was accepting new patients. I emailed them to set up an appointment and received a reply promptly. Unfortunately the next appoint available was in October. However they put me on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation. Honestly with the way things are these days I wasn't holding my breath. I was pleasantly surprised when they called a week later with an opening. It was too short notice for me but they called again a few days later with an appointment I could handle. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The young lady that cleaned my teeth and took X-rays explained everything as we went along and did a great job! Dr. Justin gave me a thorough exam and answered all my questions, made some recommendations and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone and will definitely be back!

Allie was such a delight! She was thorough and talked me through everything. Office staff and doctor were so friendly as well! So very pleased with this dental group!

This place is not worth the headache. They come off as a really nice and welcoming staff especially to new patients. Don't get me wrong there are a couple staff members who work there that you can tell they are genuine about your dental care. However, they will not allow you to make payment plans. Everything HAS to be paid upfront after each appointment which in my opinion is not very accommodating especially for those who need a lot of dental care. You can apply for a care credit card for the service however some of us don't have credit yet or have the best credit. However I think the cherry on top for me to not come back is the fact that this dentist office refused to send over my dental history records until I paid off my small remaining balance (which is illegal I might add). And refused to wait until I was done at my current dental appointment I was at when I was currently being seen by my new dentist. Which is ridiculous and very unprofessional. All I'm saying is this place seems to be really hell bent on making a buck rather than caring for a patient. I will not be coming back or recommending them to family/friends in the near future.

As someone who is terrified to go to a dentist, I had my first visit with Dr Justin and his staff, and I cannot compliment them enough!! The front desk staff are so welcoming and kind, and everyone is so welcoming. They're thorough with their work, and they make sure they explain what they're doing and seeing every step of the way. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly care. I will definitely be using them as my dentist from now on!!

Wonderful, caring staff. Professional and helpful from office manager to receptionists to Dental professionals. Dr Justin Haugh is first class. I have been a patient for 2 years. During this period they have helped me through 2 emergency situations, including during darkest days of Covid. Have had a denture for years but the one they made is better than any before. I can't say enough about the quality of this practice.

I am a new patient at Hanover Dental Care and I am so glad to have found them. Dr. Justin was helpful and knowledgeable explaining all the details of my dental care, the office staff is wonderful and friendly, Michaelann cleaned my teeth and was extremely thoughtful and gentle. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental team.

My fiance was having severe tooth pain and didn't have a dentist in the area. After reading reviews about this office I urged him to call. Even though he was a new patient they got him in the following day. He told me everyone was very kind and made him feel comfortable. They even sent him home with an ice pack and soup, which I've never heard of an office doing before. I cannot say enough great things about this office on his behalf. Thank you!

It is the most positive experience at any dentist office I have every been. Took my granddaughter for her first visit she was very happy and has no problem going back. I don't live in PA but thinking I might change from my dentist that I have seen for over 30 years.

My four kids, husband and I starting coming to Hanover Dental Care. We have all had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The office manager went above and beyond to help me find a Pediatric dentist for my son who needed extensive dental work. It put my mind at ease and my son was able to have the dental work done with little anxiety. I am so grateful to know that my kids will be well taken care of.

Love going to Hanover Dental Care! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and you feel welcome and important, then while getting your teeth done everyone is so nice and gentle. They are very considerate of any fears or anxiety you may have! It is always a great experience!
