Swindled! They say they accept your insurance but don't mention they are not in network then send bills for hundreds of dollars. Beware of unethical billing.

I went to Hanna & Mazer for tooth pain which quickly abscessed. They treated it for weeks and failed to prescribe antibiotics appropriately. I ended up getting quite sick and had to have an emergency extraction by another professional. If you have tooth pain, I recommend getting your care elsewhere.

Been coming here for a couple years now after going a period of 6-7 years without tooth care. I have had my teeth cared for by Dr. Hanna and more recently Dr. Mazer, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I received several fillings for bad cavities after an in-depth and communicative first visit in which they patiently and informatively had a conversation with me explaining the x-rays and why they recommended certain actions. Not only did they listen and guide me along, but they also explained why they didn't recommend fillings in certain places that had pre-cavities, preferring to regularly check up on the status of these and only take action if they got worse (which is important for me, since previous dentists have been too quick to just drill into the tooth). The staff is kind, the appointment reminder system is helpful, there's a TV in every room, and to this day they continue to take COVID seriously (screening surveys, taking your temperature outside the office, and making changes to the office to create a safer environment). All in all, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Cannot recommend this practice enough. I came in after having a traumatic experience at my previous dentist, but Dr Hanna took great care to make sure I had the best experience possible with him. He took his time giving me two fillings, explaining the entire process to me, asking what music I would like on, and was incredibly patient with me. I didn't feel a thing, and because of him and his hygienist I no longer have anxiety about getting dental work done.

Excellent dentists, excellent customer service; bad reviews on this page are not appropriate since everyone must ask about charges for dental procedures prior to service and they are extremely fair and easy to deal with regarding billing issues

Dr Hanna is exceptional and truly one of a kind. I sought several opinions regarding a tumor that I developed in my mouth at 9 months pregnant, and he was by far the most thorough and accommodating to resolving my discomfort quickly, painlessly, and stress-free (not an easy task). He is incredible in emergencies, and I look forward to visiting him for routine dental cleanings in the future!

My family of 5 has been seeing Drs. Mazer and Hanna for nearly 10 years and have always been extremely happy with their service. They always completely explain what's needed and are extremely kind and patient with children. Their office is friendly and runs very smoothly. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past but this practice has my full confidence. I highly recommend them.

These Docs are great! They always take the time to get to know you and deal directly, honestly and professionally at all times. More than once they have slipped me in if I had a problem. 6 stars on a 1-5 scale.
