I received dental implants. They have fallen out over 18 times. The staff are extremely rude and all they do is try to sell you procedures. They do not care about your dental concerns at all. Terrible place. On top of this, he didn't even numb me all the way so I could feel him drilling into me the entire time. He didn't care even when I was yelling in pain and laughed and told me I was numb and exaggerating.

Very odd and terrible experience! I scheduled for a routine checkup and cleaning after 6 months of last cleaning at another dental office where I had deep cleaning last time. Dentist and hygienist are very patient explaining the situation and treatment. But after turning to the front desk, nightmare starts. First I was told my insurance was terminated a year ago. After they found my updated insurance information which was right next to my appointment info in their computer, they told me since I just had the deep cleaning within 6 months, the insurance won't allow or cover it again in 2 years. So I told them I don't need another deep cleaning, just a simple cleaning or periodontal maintenance whatever for a cleaning. This is my visit purpose to get a cleaning. Strangely the front desk told me they can't do maintenance or cleaning until I do deep cleaning, which I don't believe. So I had to walk away without any cleaning done. Nothing was accomplished after this odd office visit.

Highly recommend Dr Hanna. He is experienced, knowledgeable and smart staff. My family member needed a tooth pulled. I was very nervous about the sedation. He was like a pro. Had a team of three with her during the procedure. I complete trusted Dr Hanna with my family's complex dental needs.

This is my story. My experience with Dr. Raouf Hanna, at Hanna Dental Implant Center. On 07/08/2022. Dr Hanna performed my dental implant surgery. Also several abstractions on top. All- On- 4, Top. One implant right bottom back. I was heavily sedated. Something went wrong during my dental implant surgery and with the abstractions of several top teeth. Once I was home the day of surgery on 07/08/2022. And once I was slightly alert. My entire left side of my face was numb, swollen, burning and tingling. I couldn't see out of my left eye. I loss vision in my left eye. My vision loss. As well as the left side of my face is still numb to this day, 09/24/2022. I notified Denise Hernandez, Samantha and Dr. Hanna, of these symptoms during phone conversations after my surgery on, 07/08/20022. Dr. Hanna, stated during my follow up visits. Along with his surgical nurse. Denise Hernandez, that my symptoms and paralysis are part of the implant healing process. Dr. Hanna and Denise, stated these symptoms and paralysis, I am experiencing, will go away. That sometimes it takes a little longer. Which I knew wasn't true/correct. The loss of vision and the left half side of my face being numb isn't normal. Dr. Raouf Hanna, did not offer any assistance, treatments, referrals. etc., to find out what happened during my implant surgery. What went wrong. Or why I am experiencing these symptoms and paralysis, due to my implant surgery and abstractions. I have had to seek second opinions and treatments on my own. I have been evaluated by ENT Specialists, Opthalmologist, Neuro-Opthalmologist, Neurologist, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons. Infectious disease doctors. My PCP. I have had CT scans, MRI's, XRAYS. I've had many Labs, exams, test, biopsies, cultures, surgeries and hospitalizations. The MRI's and CT scans revealed infection and inflammation. The ENT specialist performed my first surgery on 08/26/2022, of my sinuses. Biopsies and cultures was taken during surgery. Surgery of my sinuses confirmed infection. A growing bacteria. The infectious disease doctors and Neuro-Opthalmologist, confirmed the type of growing bacteria and the origin of the growing bacteria. Which was through the abstraction and implant sight. How this happened is unknown to me. Or my doctors. What I do know now, and at this time through many test. During my implant surgery I was exposed to a couple of strains of growing bacteria which spreaded into my sinuses, skull area. Back of my left eye. The bacteria infections are putting pressure on my optic nerve. My teeth hurt. My teeth on the left side as well as my tongue is numb. I have difficulty eating. I was admitted into the hospital on 08/27/2022, My team doctors decided that due to the fast spread of the growing bacteria infections they needed to treat the growing bacteria infections aggressively. I have been on a variety of oral an IV antibiotics. I was hospitalized for 2-weeks I was released from the hospital on IV antibiotics. Which I am still presently on. Due to the dental implant surgery. My entire life has changed. I can't work. My activities are limited. To this day I have received No assistance or help from Dr. Hanna. All I am getting from Dr Hanna and his surgical nurse, Denise Hernandez, is what they did or did not do during my dental implant surgery. No conversation about how to resolve this situation concerning the paralysis and symptoms, I am experiencing due to my dental implant surgery. Dr Hanna is only focused on completing the process for my dental implants. No concerns about my present health. The facial numbness. Loss of vision. Or the fact that these symptoms and paralysis could be permanent. I am praying not! However I have to face reality and what the facts are revealing concerning my health and symptoms at this time. I am going to continue praying, keeping the faith. And continue being diligent with completing my treatments. And Doctors appointments. As I stated. This is my story. My life. My experience. At this point I have to continue to live life as best as I can.

Hanna Dental Implants entire Professional Medical Team, did an absolutely exceptional job extracting my tooth, installing my new Implant and performing the associated bone graft. The only pain I felt during the the entire three part procedure, was the initial required numbing injections. Each and every Dental Professional with whom I worked, explained to me what they were about to do and how it was an important step in this three step process. They also, answered any questions that I had as the Dental Surgery progressed. Once the entire process was completed, they ordered the specific class of anti-biotic, I requested, as I am allergic to Penicillin. Accordingly, Dr. Hanna, prescribed an Alternative Antibiotic, that worked extremely well to prevent any post operative infection. My initial Surgery was on September 16, 2022 and my follow up appointment, was yesterday, September 30, 2022. Dr. Hanna's, Professional Dental Nurse, Becky, did an outstanding job performing several Tests with a specialized dental instrument, to determine the structural stability of the Implant at week two. The readings were Excellent, per Dr. Hanna and Becky. I am extremely pleased with these wonderful results. I will soon be contacting my General Dentist, Dr. Craig Armstrong, of AK Dentistry in Houston, Texas, who made this Excellent Referral. I will be scheduling an appointment for my New Crown and for a Mouth Guard as well. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Hanna's Office, for any specialized Periodontal work that You should require. You can be certain that You will receive exceptional Patient oriented Dentistry with Dr. Hanna and His entire Staff. Their Dental Technology is State of The Art, Cutting Edge Precision Dentistry, to exactly match Your current Periodontal needs. Their Office also has a very Comforting and pleasant atmosphere, and it's Level of Cleanliness is like No other Dental Surgeon's Office that I have ever been treated in previously.
