The entire staff was pleasant and made my visit a pleasure. I had a wisdom tooth extraction that was painless and with minimal discomfort. The dentist ensured I was ok throughout the entire extraction.

Our 16 year old daughter went for a cleaning. Without asking an adult and getting approval they proceeded with X-rays and then billed us. This was supposed to be a cleaning covered by insurance, not a $200+ bill for services that were not requested or approved. Then a threat of collections because I refuse to pay for services that weren't approved. Horrible, horrible business strategy.

My hygienist was so gentle and so thorough. I feel like I'm in good hands. I just moved to the area and even though I had to wait three weeks for an appointment, it was worth it.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. They did not shame me or make me feel bad. The dentist was quick and very nice. The assistant was new so I was a little nervous, but she did well.

Dr. Moore did a thorough exam and explained my treatment clearly. ALL staff members were professional and helpful. The dental hygienist was gentle. Clean office. I highly recommend Hanfield Village.
