Dr. Eric Haney is a Specialist Orthodontist and is passionate about creating straight, healthy smiles in his many patients. Committed to excellence, Dr. Haney provides a wide range of evidence-based appliances and technologies to help his patients achieve the best outcomes possible.
We choose our team members for their passion and commitment to excellence. Not only are they professional, courteous, and highly trained, but they know how to have a good time. Our goal is to have everyone leave our clinic with a smile. Adults, teenagers, and children all have a place in our family-centered office.
I knew very early after graduating from dental school that I wanted to be an orthodontist. It was an area of dentistry where we could provide a positive life-changing impact on a person's self-esteem and dental health. Without question, I wanted to be a part of it!
Being an orthodontist has been such a pleasure for me. I've been embraced by the community and, in return, I have enjoyed giving back to the local schools and organizations. I truly enjoy working with children of all ages and adults!
I grew up in Southern California and received a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at UCLA (go Bruins!). I earned my dental degree from Columbia University in New York. I received a scholarship from the United States Air Force and served as a general dentist for 3 years. It was a great experience both professionally and personally. During that time I completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency and was stationed in Mississippi, South Korea, and Florida.
I obtained my specialty training at the University of California, San Francisco. While completing my residency, I obtained my masters in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences. My research, on 3-D radiography and tooth impactions, earned honors from the American Association of Orthodontists.

What can I say about Dr. Haney & his staff? Only that they are the absolute best at what they do. From the moment you walk in, there's Stefania & you immediately feel welcomed & comfortable. Danielle is awesome at her job. So professional & I always feel at ease when I'm in the chair with her high expertise. There's Sammie who pretty much does it all! She's not only expertly skilled at what she does but also kind, professional, humorous & caring. Dr Haney is the best doctor I have ever gone to. He has so much expertise at what he does. He's not only excellent at his profession but also very kind & genuinely cares that you come out at the end of your treatment with the best possible smile. If you're thinking about where to go for orthodontics, just go with Dr.Haney - I'm so happy that I did. He & his staff go above & beyond.

Dr. Haney and his staff are very skilled and professional, as well as warm and welcoming to everyone. In addition, their protocols for keeping patients safe are excellent and thorough. My personal experience over the years has been wonderful and I'm very happy with my treatment results. If given the choice to do it again, I would without question, as long as it was with Haney Orthodonics!

We have had the best experience with Dr. Haney. 21 months ago our daughter had overcrowded teeth & just last August new braces put on. 13 months later, she has a perfect smile. It's unbelievable.

Dr. Haney is the best! Not only does he have a great bedside manner, he is efficient, yet you don't feel rushed when speaking with him. Dr. Haney's staff are equally professional. Each and everyone working in the office is a pleasure to be around. They all work so well together to get you seen, and in and out as fast as possible. All three of my children have wonderful smiles thanks to Dr. Haney and his staff!

Dr. Haney is the best. Our son had a ton of issues and we were under Dr. Haney's care for about 11 years. His support staff is friendly, kind and caring. If your kiddo needs orthodontics, this is the place to go.

I would not recommend this practice at all. At the beginning Erik would treat you nicely, and he would be so charming that you fall for his business. However, as soon as you pay your money they will treat you like you are nothing. They won't respect your time or your mouth. He promised wonderful changes for my teeth and The results were poor. When I had appointments, I will usually have to wait a really long time to be seen for a 5 minute consulte. The staff were more professional than Erik because they will try to cover for him, but he is just too arrogant and disrespectful. I feel like I lost every single penny I paid for a treatment that did not work. I get it as many business they would care only for the money, but you do not have to be so obvious.
