Handpiece Express is a family-owned and operated business that repairs all brands of high-speed and low-speed, and electric handpieces. We have been providing fast personalized handpiece repair service to dentists since 1994.
Glenn has been in the dental industry for over 35 years. We started Handpiece Express in 1994 after Glenns successful experience as a manufacturers representative for Star Dental. Glenn is also a factory trained and certified Midwest Technician. Over the last TWO DECADES we have repaired more than 80,000 handpieces for hundreds of satisfied dentists. Everyone at Handpiece Express is dedicated to the concept of convenient, cheerful service with one day turnaround on high-speeds.
Handpiece Express maintains Honor Roll Member status in theBetter Business Bureau. We are founding members of the National Dental Handpiece Repair Association, an organization of independent repair centers dedicated to ensuring quality standards for the industry to protect dental professionals and patients. They subscribe to the NDHRA Code of Ethics and offer some of the longest warranties in the industry.
We do not take out your expensive original turbine and replace it with a generic piece of junk! In my opinion, most generic aftermarket turbines are inferior to the manufacturers turbines and are virtually disposable. If you paid a lot for a high-quality handpiece, why would you take the turbine out and throw it away just because it needs repaired? That is like putting a Yugo engine in your BMW! Yet this is just what many handpiece repair places do. They are untrained and unskilled, and are only able to replace your precision turbine with an inferior substitute. Make sure you know what you are paying for, and you are getting what you are paying for!
Each handpiece is inspected, repaired and tested in accordance with manufacturers standards and specifications. We guarantee all materials and workmanship for the full warranty period. During the life of the warranty, we will repair or replace without charge, any defective parts we installed. If you are not completely thrilled with our service we will cheerfully refund 100% of the repair cost to you after we re-evaluate the handpiece.

First off, if I could award HANDPIECE EXPRESS 10 stars, I would not hesitate to do it. Glen and Lori are First Class people and they operate their business the same way, First Class. In these days of dealing with computer links, and digital robotic phone responses, etc, it is gratifying to not only speak with who will be servicing your equipment, but to be satisfied moreover by the fact that they deliver what they promise to do, ie, quality services, backed by guarantees and turned around and delivered EXPRESSLY FAST. Just a good example of what to expect from this fine business. I recently purchased a new prophy angle which came apart after several weeks in service when my assistant was removing it from the air supply connector. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve all the tiny cogs, tubes, pieces, etc., and I sent it to Glen with a request to put it back together for me. It was still under warranty, but I did not want to go through the delay required had I gone back through the supplier and the manufacturer, so I sent it to HANDPIECE EXPRESS. It was returned 24 hours later, ready to go back into service, which it did without incident. I expected a bill for the service, and would have gladly paid it for getting the unit back so quickly, but Glen serviced it as "Courtesy Repair", in thanks for past business with him. I have had nothing but success with them. I have sent them handpieces of all kinds, all ages, and in all states of disrepair. They have come back in much better shape, and I feel Glen is the kind of person, who would tell you if the piece could not be repaired, rather than trying to put a bandaid on it and charging for it. Having 30+ years in the dental business, I have seen almost everything. As a dental practice we have had the chance to experience a very wide range of service levels, some great, some adequate, some horrible. Then, along comes something exceptional, which has prompted this review. Handpiece Express has provided us exceptional, extraordinary service over the past three years. When handpieces go down, your practice can come to a halt quickly. The speed and efficiency of how Glenn and his staff handle your repair needs is second to NONE. I have never run across a more competent, honest, and fair company to service our handpieces. Although they service clients from coast to coast, we are so lucky to have them right here in Round Rock, Tx. If your office is in Central Texas, Its like having a repairman on staff. Do Not send your handpieces anywhere else. I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Glenn and the staff at Handpiece express are always so kind anytime I call. They have been working on our hand pieces now for about 2 years and I have zero complaints! I first discovered Handpiece Express (Glen Williams) after having miserable experiences with one of the National repair groups. The repairs lasted at most 4-6 weeks due to cheap bearings. That causes a burden and stress in the office when you are down 3 handpieces simultaneously as an on going situation for months on end. Then I heard an interview with Glen Williams on the Richards Report with Rich Madow. I used and have enjoyed Handpiece Express help ever since. I guess 15-20 years now. Glen is my go to guy for advice before I ever buy a handpiece.
