I called several dentist and when I called Hampton roads family dental they scheduled me the next day and the people there are very helpful and the dentist is amazing I would recommend anyone Jennifer is a big help..

What ever you do. Stay away from this dentist office!! They are extremely unprofessional and downright rude to their patients! It took them the better part of 6 months to fit and deliver my fathers dentures and they were rude and disrespectful during the entire process! Most dentist offices can deliver this same service in days!! The lady at the front desk is clearly in the wrong business! I don't usually blast businesses like this but when you prey on the elderly, you should be outed! They are located on Kecoughtan road in Hampton. If you have ever thought about going here, don't walk but run the other way. Poorly run fly by night operations like this place do not deserve to remain in business!

This location is professional and the rings a lot because how busy they are and the excellent work they've done on patients. Highly recommended in my opinion, thank you for your help when I needed your expertise.

This office is the most ratchet. The front desk and the office manager are very unprofessional. They lie, do not hold themselves accountable and because they are the first point of contact they then don't allow patients to be seen after you call them out on it even when you are not disrespectful. This is a horrible office to visit and they seem to have an issue with Medicaid patients.

This practice is unprofessional. My husband has some serious dental problems that he has extreme anxiety behind. I finally got him to go to an appointment, and he does not want to return to this practice. On top of it being weeks since we were supposed to be called back, all the assistants in the office are young and inexperienced. It was obvious they didn't want him as a patient; however, they are in the wrong business for that. Don't waste your time here - try Watts Family Dental on Big Bethel, much better facility, and they are accepting new patients

All staff and mostly Dr Amoah are very professional. The atmosphere and music was relaxing ,as me being a nervous person when it comes to the Dentist ,this dentist actually made me feel like I was home,relaxed ,at ease and talked through during the whole procedure.All the nurses are very kind ,Beautiful and welcoming .I will be back and I recommend this doctor to others as well .So if you need a great Dentist ,great atmosphere and a professional great dental job this is the place to be.

1st time you made my father leave my mother in the hospital and didn't have the supplies you called and said you now had and made him leave her. Now you call me in early while my wife is pregnant in the hospital and tell me I can't be seen because I'm not buying a mask from you for $2. You require it. You supply it. It's $0.10. What an office you run.

Dr. Amoah and all the staff at Hampton Roads Family Dentistry are very professional, timely, and provide a relaxing environment for every dental appointment that I have had. My wife and I are very satisfied with their service.

My appointment was at 12:00. I was in the chair at 11:50. The office was beautiful and had a massage chair. Lots of parking and a very friendly staff.

HRFD a life saver for me, so grateful that I was able to find a very professional, reliable dental office, staff very professional and helpful, polite and friendly Dr. Amoah is awesome , excellent dentist, if you are nervous about going to a dentist look no farther, you will feel relax and all nerves at ease.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE this Dental officeJust not happy right now. They called me and told me my teeth were in and for 3 weeks we waited for my insurance to finish paying so I could have my teeth So after waiting and hoping to have teeth for daughter's wedding I find out they have my wax teeth not my permanent teeth which upset me because we could have done the wax fitting when they got them 3 week earlier and had my permanent teeth for the wedding. Now after paying for teeth I dont have yet because of the front desk mix up I still dont have my teeth.

I love this dental office... We used to go to Dr. Dreelin and we (family of 6) loved him and his sraff.. so he retired and we decided to try the new dentist on the block... They are really fabulous and when you walk in, your mouth will drop because it looks like a spa .. the dentist is very nice and all the staff!! We are quite happy.
