Schedule an appointment they canceled it. reschedule it they canceled it after I arrived for it throwing my schedule out of wack and wasting my time and ask for me to apologize when I wasn't happy about it.

Dr. Sheren is simply put, the best there is in the field. His staff is top notch. The hygienist, Nicole, is excellent and really cares. If you need a dentist look no further. This is the place for everything you could need regarding dentistry. Thank you for my smile guys!

Dr. Stephanie Tran, was extremely professional and caring when she performed my 3 root canals. She's very complimentary and makes you feel special. Her assistant was excellent and caring as well. Dr. Sheren and staff are very friendly, down to Earth and make each visit very pleasant. No matter the procedure that needs to be performed, this office gets the job done with class and make you feel at ease.

I waited almost 3 weeks for my appointment, and 1 day prior to it, they cancel. Called to ask why and the receptionist doesn't have customer Service or whatsoever telling that one of the colleagues didn't show up. I needed the appointment since I'm in pain not just for cleaning. The new appointment is until another 3 weeks, she didn't even ask why I needed the appointment for. Awful.

I've been going to Hampton Dental for the last 7 years. I have had quite a bit of work done on my teeth, being 62, and I've used some great dentists over the years from living in NYC. Hampton Dental and Dr. Thomas have been terrific all this time. Their practice is very very clean and they are on top of using the very latest technological advances. Their staff are very professional and friendly. I've never ever had any pain whatsoever from any procedure performed. I love my dental visits every single time with Dr. Sheren, Dr. Thomas and Betty! 10 years!!! Gentle fixing and cleaning AND the Admin Staff are so accommodating! The best in dental care!

FYI . About 8 year Patient with Practice . Routine 3 month Cleaning with same Hygienist... Day of Appointment . Staff called twice . Morning: confirming . Afternoon: canceling @ hour before . Practice did not follow up to reschedule . I reached out for new appointment w/in day or 2 . Reply: 'Our calendar is totally booked' . Members refused to accommodate long-time Patient who was maintaining Dental schedule . Patient, Client, Consumer loyalty warrants appreciation & respect . Not case here... ps: as discerning out-of-pocket Patient with Career in Healthcare/Hospital Communications, I'm able to note Matter was handled improperly from Top... Down

Absolutely the only Dentist and Hygenist I will use. They go out of there way to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this Dentist office to all. Dr. Thomas is great!!! Betty and Anna are the best hygienists out there!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this dental practice. The staff is warm and friendly. They clearly explain everything before any work is performed and make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Baker especially is kind and gentle. She likes to talk and that really is a great distraction and helped to ease me for my procedure. I highly recommend this office and all their staff. Keep up the good work!

This is acutally Mary Ellen Schaefer. Thanks to Dr. Jeslin Thomas and her wonderful team for taking SUPERB care of me. Any other dental group would just give up on my nerves and suggest sedation dentistry, but Dr. T made the experience tolerable and did expert work on my mouth. As a medical provider myself, I can appreciate excellent clinical skills married to a wonderful chairside manner. She's got it all! I'm lucky to call her MY dentist of choice!
