During that time Dr. Nubani gained proficiency in the disciplines of oral surgery, root canal treatment, removable prosthetics, crown and bridge. In addition to clinical proficiencies Dr. Nubani gained valuable knowledge in treating medically compromised patients. Through this education, she developed a more holistic approach to oral health and now considers the overall health of her patients in relation to the health of their teeth.
Dr. Nubani regularly takes continuing education courses to learn the latest technological advances in dentistry. When not volunteering their services to the community, Dr. Nubani and her husband, Dr. Cyrus Safizadeh, enjoy skiing, hiking, and camping. They have a passion for the outdoors which is why they find so much delight living in the Pioneer Valley. They carry strong family values and are thrilled to provide love and care to their community. Dr. Nubani & her husband recently welcomed their first child and live in Amherst MA.
During college as part of his work study Dr. Cyrus was an afterschool teacher at Pelham Elementary School in Pelham, Massachusetts for 4 years. Dr. Cyrus was also an overnight summer camp counselor for Camp Lanakila in Vermont. These experiences allowed Dr. Cyrus to gain an immense understanding of what working with children involves.
Early during dental school Dr. Cyrus realized the joys of pediatric dentistry and eagerly pursed applying to pediatric dentistry specialty programs. While at UConn Dr. Cyrus became the president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-Doctoral Organization (UConn chapter), the Special Olympicsstudent coordinator, aswell as founded the Special Care Dentistry Student Interest Group.
Additionally, during dental school Dr. Cyrus was awarded numerous scholarships & awards including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-Doctoral Student Excellence Award, the Dr. Peter Decker Academic Enhancement Scholarship, and the CAPFAA (Connecticut Association of Professional Financial Aid Administration) Scholarship. These scholarships are awarded to dental students who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to community service & academic performance.
Dr. Cyrus is interested in research and providing modernized care. His research projects have been on the subjects on antibiotic prescribing practices & overuse (completed while at Uconn) as well as examining the effectiveness of silver diamine fluoride (completed at Columbia University).

Awesome place for a child's first experience at a dentist. The doctor was great , made it quick and easy. The staff was great. Alysha did a good job keeping my son feeling safe and happy! Definitely would highly recommend.

They have good technology, once you make an appointment they send you the online form and that way you don't waste time filling out paperwork on the day of the appointment. Once we arrived, they quickly attended us and I really liked that the children can watch TV while they are being attended to. Best experience with the dentist I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful in dealing with my broke tooth it was something that could not be fixed today but they came up with a plan that really made me feel good.I look forward to a long relationship with these people. Great first visit. I didn't wait for a long time in the waiting room, the office atmosphere is cherry and welcoming. Both the hygienist and dentist explained everything clearly and were great! Front office check in/out and scheduling follow ups were focused, quick, and easy as well.

Noelle was awesome with my husband in Extracting out his tooth. She explained everything so thoroughly and was very friendly. Also the staff was very joyful and the place was very clean and bright I would recommend this place even with COVID 19 going on.

I cannot say enough good things about Hampshire Meadow! They seriously take the fear out of going to the dentist and make you just as comfortable as you would be at home ( maybe even more comfortable considering all you have to do is lay back relax and enjoy your favorite show on tv). The Husband & Wife are truly so kind and caring. Last year I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed & I was scared & hard heard so many horror stories but I literally did not have any discomfort or pain. Even afterwards I expected to have swelling but nothing ever happened, no swelling no pain! I cannot recommend them enough! If you are going to trust anyone with your smile then it should be them! -Mikaela

Dr. Nubani and Dr. Cyrus are fantastic - great doctors and people all around. Having had some terrible dentists in the past, I really appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and care. My child and I have both had minor procedures. They were done quickly, and the quality of work was great. We actually look forward to our regular cleaning and checkups. I'm so glad we found them!
