Raised in an Army family, Dr. Howard lived in a number of places around the country before settling down in Florida in 2000. Central Florida is where she and her husband have chosen to raise their two girls and they absolutely love it!
Dr. Howard attended Florida State University and graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in human sciences, graduating magna cum laude. She continued on with her education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2010. Upon graduation, Dr. Howard practiced general dentistry for several years and realized during this time that her strength and contentment revolved around working with children and families. She decided to advance her education and returned to N.S.U. in 2014 to begin her journey towards becoming a pediatric dental specialist.
Dr. Howard successfully completed the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry certification process in 2017. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She also holds hospital privileges at AdventHealth Orlando and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
