Dr. K did an amazing job! Very kind and attentive staff. Was able to get a wisdom tooth pulled that previously told I'd have to see an endodontist. Highly recommend!

Hygenist and staff were very friendly, professional and skilled. They called me schedule me in at the last minute after they had a cancellation. The clinic is very clean and modern.

I debated on leaving a review for quite some time now. Don't go here. The owners are money hungry and don't care about the patients well being. They are short staffed because the owner doesn't wanna pay her employees so she would rather overwork the ones who stay and undercompensate them. Lots of false promises such as bonuses that she never pays. All she does is order pizza because she works her staff through lunch. She never calls you to cancel appointments she waits until they show up because sometimes patients don't show up so why waste time calling them. She would rather them drive all the way there to inconvenience them for inconveniencing her. Next, Dr. K does terrible orthodontic work. She moves the teeth extremely too fast resulting in root resorption which causes mobile and sometimes abscesssed teeth. Which then leads to root canals and extractions on young adults. She's so overbooked that she will reschedule her ortho patients to the point they're being seen once every 6 months unless they're due to be billed for their 90 day ortho payment. If she sees you have private insurance or cash pay expect your tx plan to be upwards of 10k as she will push Invisalign, implants and crowns on you after she's already started working on you. She will add miscellaneous codes to the treatment plan for extra fees. Neelam makes sure nobody goes into overtime but when they do she does NOT pay time and a half. She pays you your regular salary under the table untaxed. When neelam isn't busy micromanaging the staff and patients she likes to sit in her office and watch all the cameras and even LISTEN to them while her staff is having private conversation. If any patient is affiliated with someone who was fired or left on bad terms she dismisses them from the practice completely and will lie and say they missed too many appointments. She stalks her employees that leave and asks around to find out where they are. She even sends her husband to drive past their house and go to their place of work to harass them. It's a shame she has had some really good dentists there but she runs them off because she doesn't pay them when she's supposed too or she doesn't pay the agreed amount. Oh, and her minion with all the Botox has no idea what she's doing at work or with her life in general. So yeah, that's the behind the scenes look of what goes down at riverside. You're welcome.

Very pleasant and professional staff who are willing to make reasonable accommodations. I never feel uncomfortable coming here, and the work they do is quite good.

Terrible experience, will never go back. Went to get a cavity taken care but they told me I needed a cleaning first and they took X-rays. I ask if I could get the cavity repaired they said not today! What was the point of this visit? I made the appointment specifically for this issue. The Dental hygienist says I need that tooth extracted and then the dentist says no it can be repaired. Very unorganized, Wasted time and money.

It took me 4-5 months just to get my exam, then when I got the exam I had a chipped tooth that bothered me and it took another 4 months to come back and they only had me scheduled for a deep clean so I had to stay for 3 hours to get my fillings

They wasted my morning. Lots of excuses for not having dental techs. They should have call that morning to advise me that they were not able to provide a service. Instead they checked me in, took 18 X-rays and at the end, send me home for an appointment two weeks later. Complete lack of care or empathy for those who take time off work for a medical appointment. I am sure they are charging my insurance for the "services" provided.

Very wonderful experience. The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they will explain everything in full detail so that you understand what your treatment plan entails and they seem to be very transparent about the costs outside of insurance on your first visit. I was impressed and it's hard to impress me when it comes to any health care facility. I will certainly refer their office and continue using them in the future.

I am scared and anxious. Terrified, to be honest. I need many extractions and I'm scared to death because my insurance won't pay to put me under. The staff was polite and professional, but they couldn't hide the fact that they didn't want to do this either. My mouth is a nightmare and I probably won't go back because I'm frightened and ashamed
