Love this office! They are always friendly, courteous and on time. From the administrative staff to the dental assistants to the orthodontists, it's always a good experience. Highly recommend!

everytime i come here i have to wait 30-40 minutes. they overbook constantly.

I took my daughter here for her first appointment for a consultation, waited over an hour just see a doctor. We decided to start the treatment and again waited over an hour. Why bother have an appointment when the office can even keep the appointment time. Very disappointed wish I went to another orthodontist office instead. The wait time is ridiculous!!! They probably short on staff and over book the appointment!

Carol was absolutely wonderful when removing my braces. So attentive to me personally and how i felt throughout the entire appointment. The whole office has a great atmosphere. Absolutely recommend this office

All 3 of my sons got their braces with Dr Elchahal. Extremely happy with the results. The entire staff is wonderful. Kara did a great job helping us today.

We love this place! My son goes here and soon my two daughter's will also. Staff is friendly and fast without sacrificing quality. We highly recommend this orthodontist to frainds and family

They do not use enough glue when they put brackets on and rush. We have to go back again and waste our day because the women putting on my braces didn't put enough glue on and we have to wait 3 hours for another appointment. Do not recommend it!!!!! I would give 0 stars

I've been to the Johns Creek office and the Hamilton Mill Office. They are both wonderful! Staff and doctors are very pleasant. Easy to make appointments. I did invisalign and the results were great. You won't be disappointed!
