Dr. Kathy French grew up in the Detroit, MI, suburbs and attended Marian High School in Birmingham MI, where her passion for family and faith took root. Her interest in dentistry was sparked while attending college at theUniversity of Michigan in Ann Arbor when she began to see the perfect blend of medicine, architecture, and engineering into one profession. After she received her B.A., she went on to attend the universitys dental schooland receive her DDS.
Dr. French has practiced dentistry for the past 30 years in Itasca, IL. She has completed more than five times the required number of continuing education courses annually, concentrating on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. As an instructor at thePankey Institute, she enjoys giving back to the organization that helped define and distinguish her career.
She lives in the Palatine area. Kathy and her husband Greg have 3 grown children. She is active in church, dental education, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast! She loves spending time with her family!
Dr. Kate (Wojcicki) Contiholds a soft spot in her heart for the village of Itasca; she was born and raised here! She attended St. Peter the Apostle grammar school, St. Ignatius College Prep, and Illinois Wesleyan University. After receiving her BS in biology, she attended and received her DDS from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.
Like Dr. French, Dr. Conti realizes the importance of continually developing and expanding her skills by attending many continuing education courses. She thoroughly enjoys dentistry, a career that allows her to indulge her love for science, attention to detail, and opportunity to build and nurture meaningful relationships with her patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Conti loves dabbling in both interior design and photography. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Mike (also an Itasca native!), traveling, and cheering on the Chicago Bulls.
Dr. Alexa French was born and raised in Paducah, KY where her passion for dentistry started at a young age. Growing up, Dr. Alexa spent a lot of time in her fathers dental practice where she learned about the artistry of dentistry and realized the joy she could bring to people by helping them achieve the smile they have always deserved. Dr. Alexa graduated as valedictorian of her high school before attending college at Miami University in Ohio.
After receiving her BA in Chemistry, she followed in her fathers footsteps to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Along with her DMD, Dr. Alexa received the Pierre Fauchard Award her senior year for her outstanding academic achievement and dedicated service to the profession. After graduation, she went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Kentucky to gain more experience with implant dentistry, sedation dentistry, and treating medically compromised patients.
Dentistry is a rapidly evolving profession, and along with Dr. French and Dr. Conti, Dr. Alexa believes that furthering her skills and knowledge through continuing education is of upmost importance in providing the best quality of care for her patients. She also enjoys volunteering her time for different local and global dental volunteer organizations.
Dr. Alexa has been practicing dentistry for over 6 years in Louisville, KY before relocating to the Chicagoland area with her husband Tom (who is also Dr. Kathy Frenchs son), and their dog, Dallas. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alexa loves reading, fitness, and watching college sports.

Barb has been at Hamilton Lakes Dentistry since 1997 and is a dental hygienist. Barb graduated from Ohio State University and is married with two children. When Barb isnt working she competes in triathlons, marathons and recently an iron man triathlon.
Nicole entered the dental field in 1995 and has been working at Hamilton Lakes Dentistry since 2002. Nicole is one of our business assistants and the sleep coordinator. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three cats. She enjoys reading, making jewelry, and volunteering at the animal shelter. One day she would like to own an alpaca farm.
Elizabeth received her dental education at a university in Colombia, before moving to the United States to embark on her journey in the field of dentistry. She plans on continuing her dental education here in the United States. When Elizabeth is not in the office, she enjoys dancing and traveling with her husband, as well as reading and practicing yoga.
Ruth Ann became a dental hygienist 26 years ago, and joined Hamilton Lakes Dentistry in 2012. She graduated from William Rainey Colleges dental hygiene program. Ruth Ann enjoys the educational opportunities that Dr. French provides, keeping her up to date on best practices in the dental field. She is married with two sons, and likes to spend time with friends, go bike riding, and read.
