Dr. Brewer is originally from central Arkansas, where he completed his undergraduate work at the University of Central Arkansas before attending the University of Tennessee at Memphis, College of Dentistry. At the UT College of Dentistry, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating with honors in 1997.
Following gradution from dental school, Dr. Brewer moved back home to Arkansas and practiced in Conway and Little Rock as an associate dentist. After four years practicing dentistry in central Arkansas, he moved to Chattanooga taking over as dentist at Hamilton Family Dentistry.
Dr. Brewer loves his practice and patients and truly enjoys the daily interaction that his profession provides with others. He and his staff work to satisfy each and every patient and provide a comfortable and quality treatment experience in a modern, technologically advanced and beautiful surrounding.

Got extractions done. Ya know, even though im scared crapless of the dentist for some reason always have, brewer went fast... and seemed super professional. I mean, yeah its always nerve-wracking... but i cant imagine it coulda went any better.

I have a true FEAR and ANXIETY when it comes to going to a dentist. I love Dr. Brewer and the staff. They are so kind and patient and reassuring! Best Dental group in Chattanooga!!

Just had my first visit this week, everyone was so nice and welcoming! I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and everyone made me feel a lot more at ease by explaining the whole process and checking in on me frequently! So glad I finally found an office I enjoy! :)

I have been going to this office for about 15 years and they never disappoint. They get me right in and I'm always in an out of office. Dr. Brewer and his staff are very professional and give great care hands down every time I have a visit.They are always friendly and make the experience superb!!! Also, Christian and BJ are amazing!!! Excellent in all areas!

Hamilton Family Dentistry is the best dentist office in Chattanooga. Taylor at the front desk is personal and kind. BJ cleaned my teeth, and Dr. Brewer gave me a through exam and made feel very comfortable. Last, the office is extremely clean. See you in six months guys.

I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Brewer is straightforward, funny, and has an amazing staff. Dr. Brewer guided me through the process of removing an old baby tooth and getting an implant (much needed). I had been avoiding doing it, and I always felt as if my dentists were pressuring me to take out the tooth and get an implant. But with Dr. Brewer, there was no pressure -- just straight forward answers to my questions, solid recommendations, and patience regarding my decisions. His staff is excellent when working with my schedule, good customer service, clean facility, comfortable, and inviting. Best dental experience ever and will miss this practice once I return to Nashville!

Dr. Brewer is the best dentist I have ever had in my life and the ONLY dentist my son has ever had and I'm so grateful. Because of my son's experience with Dr. Brewer and all of his staff my son has not only never been afraid of the dentist but actually looks forward to going. (He is 18 now.) while we haven't been in a minute he is the only dentist I want to see. Any work he doesn't do himself, his recommendations of who to go to have been equally as pleasant.

Was told a price and was told could make payments on getting bottom plate after dr brewer took mold for dentures and I left tristen to in which is the rudest little guy called and says that I would have to pay 1200 up front and raised price up to 3300 after I have receipts showing 2000 it's all a scam when other places will do same job for less than 1500 total

I travel almost an hour to see Dr. Brewer. He's very direct and non-judgemental. After just 2 visits my teeth look and feel so much better! We have a couple of more steps left in his treatment plan but I can't wait to see the finished results. And the staff is a hoot! One day they were joking about who broke a cabinet door, and yesterday it was about a hygeniest talking to her banana
