Dr. Hamada and staff, Thank you all for being so patient with us through this journey. Although my son has special needs, you all were exceptional, attentive, and gave him reassurance at every visit. You all made this journey so much easier for us. Once again, thank you!

Dr. Hamada and her staff are wonderful! Dr. Hamada is very personable and friendly, and she takes the time to answer all your questions. Her staff has amazing customer service skills too--in addition to the excellent professional care and customer service, the office is very time efficient. Appointments are on-time, so you can plan your schedule accordingly. If you're looking for an orthodontist who really cares about you as a patient, look no further than Dr. Hamada!

Dr. Hamada and her staff made me feel right at home from the very first visit. I was quite anxious about getting back into braces in my thirties, and had been putting it off for along time. But after my first consultation, Dr. Hamada ensured me that their was nothing to fear. In just over 15 months, my smile and confidence was transformed. I highly recommend Hamada Orthodontics to anyone who needs any type of Orthodontics care, they truly are the best!

From my daughter's perspective: If I could give these people 100 stars I would. Everyone here was amazing, no one was rude and we laughed everytime we were there. Every bad day I had and happen to visit them i would leave smiling. I always wanted to stay even when we had to go, the place is clean and well done and I've never been hurt because of them. They are perfect, they support you and are willing to make you feel better when nervous. These people will always greet you with a smile, and always check up on how you are doing. They give me compliments everytime In there. I wish I still had braces so I could go back because they are perfect for me and other people. I highly recommend getting your braces done here they will always treat your needs, and they are very trust worthy. Thank you for making me smile -Evelyn As a parent, everyone was very welcoming, knowledge and efficient! The initial evaluation helped us understand what needed to be corrected, payment plans and what the process would look like. Waiting times were minimal for each appointment and everyone made my daughter feel at ease with everything. They made sure she understood how to care for her braces and any adjustments that were necessary. Hamada is up-to-date on all the newest and best technologies for orthodontics and my daughter was able to get her braces off early, which was fantastic! Overall, great experience and would highly recommend to others!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This place is nothing more than a money grab. Hamada has very poor bedside manner, and their business model clearly is driven by quota of appointments in a day and not ensuring satisfactory service and results to their patients. After completion of my son's full treatment of braces, they immediately began attempting scheduling l when we could bring him in for the next round of braces. My second son's year and a half treatment path ended with zero results and her giving up on correction, only of course after ensuring receipt of final and full payment. Find another ortho!

Dr. Hamada & her staff are FABULOUS. They are professional, beyond knowledgeable, and so accommodating and friendly. I am in my late twenties and had braces for about 9 months in my teenage years. My teeth were relatively straight, but I was still very unhappy with my smile. Dr. Hamada put together a treatment plan & I was out of braces in 11 months with a brand new smile. I could not be happier with the results. Seems as if the entire shape of my jaw and smile has changed ( FOR THE COMPLETE BETTER). Trust Dr. Hamada and her process- she changed my smile in ways I never thought possible & went beyond the traditional "straightening of teeth". Even with the Covid pandemic & a devastating hurricane to our area, Dr. Hamada & staff never missed a beat ( I actually got out of my braces earlier than initially expected.) Highly highly recommend :)

My dentist referred me to Hamada Orthodontist. She had braces herself, so of course I trusted her referral. My experience with Dr. Hamada was amazing. All of her offices are spotless, and the staff is amazing. They alone made my experience so much more comfortable than expected. Dr Hamada spoke with me about options: Invisalign vs braces. She included pros and cons. Braces were my best option. Throughout my years with braces, she was honest and upfront about everything going on with my teeth. Now, my teeth look great. I even get compliments from strangers often about my teeth. I would recommend Hamada Orthodontics 100%!

This group is nothing but amazing, always kind, and full of smiles. When first arriving, they told me my options and I told them I wanted it to be as quickest as possible. I decided to go with Invisalign and I am so happy I did so! My teeth look Perfect and on top of that, it only took 6 months. During the time, my son also got braces put on and his teeth that only took 8 months to become perfect. My son and myself now have the perfect smiles in less than a year. During my time with them my son and myself both had very crazy schedules. My son being in school and me working shift work. This group was patient and did everything possible to accommodate us with our crazy schedule to make sure we were well taken care of. I give this group an A+ and I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again

My son is having a wonderful experience with Hamada Orthodontics and we are very pleased with his results thus far. He has had his braces since November and when we started this process he had a large gap between his two front teeth which was causing him to have speech problems and he had some crowding which did not allow enough room for his permanent teeth to come in. Since his treatment began he no longer has the big gap in his teeth, the speech issue has resolved and his teeth are finally starting to come down. I highly recommend Dr. Hamada and her staff! They are truly wonderful people and care 100 percent about their patients and provide the best treatment possible.

Unfortunately, I had a traumatic experience with Dr. Hamada and I hope others can learn from my mistakes. I went to see Dr. Hamada when I was in my mid-20s to get a retainer because I imagined that my teeth were slanting out slightly on the left side and I thought a retainer could reset them. I never intended to get braces. I always received compliments on my smile and made the mistake of thinking I could make it look more perfect. Dr. Hamada looked at me and said "You need braces" and recommended I shave all of my teeth or get extractions of my second premolars. I remember her exact words: "Your smile will not look that different, but will look better." Over the next two months, I started to convince myself that she was right and I eventually decided to proceed with braces and get the extractions. I didn't want to shave my teeth bc it would create gaps. I told her I was nervous about getting braces at my age and was starting graduate school and her response was "Your nose will be in a book all the time and nobody will notice." She clearly did not care about what was in my best interest. Since completing treatment with her, my once wide smile has narrowed, I have gaps between all of my teeth, including my front two teeth, bc the teeth she extracted created a lot of space in my mouth, My tongue feels trapped and pushes against my front teeth. I have gum recession and bone loss due to the gaps she left between molars causing my teeth to cave in, and the upper and lower teeth don't align. My face has flattened and my cheeks are sunken in. I have food constantly stuck in between my molars, and I have to floss after eating anything. She caused erosion of my upper teeth because they rubbed against the brackets. She said this was my fault because I didn't wear my rubber bands enough, but you don't wear rubber bands while eating and my teeth would brush up against the brackets when I ate. Dr. Hamada didn't warn me about any of these issues before I made my decision. She may it seem like it was no big deal. I don't understand how she thought I would be better off taking on the risks and long term problems that come with gaps from extractions. If I was her family member, I don't think she would have inflicted this on them, but she was okay with putting me through surgery and treatment when I didn't need it. I got a second opinion from two other orthodontists and a periodontist. All of them looked at my records and said the exact same thing, unequivocally, that she should Not have extracted my teeth and that I didn't have orthodontic problems. Imagine how that feels to know that three specialists could not find one reason to justify what she did. At the time I saw her, I suspect Dr. H needed the business. She and her staff didn't warn me that she was going to cut back to one day per week at her clinic right after I got the brackets placed. I could never see her on that day so I had to drive an extra 30 min to see her elsewhere. I was very naive at the time and didn't think an experienced orthodontist could convince you to get treatment you didn't need and do so much harm. I trusted her and I realize now that she did something very unethical. If she had any hesitation about the treatment plan, she had many opportunities to correct the course before I got the extractions, but she was silent each time I saw her. It seemed like she thought she could just fix her mistakes without me knowing or just make my smile look ok enough and I would just be fine with that. She never thought about what was in my best interest or how this would affect me. I think Dr. Hamada is the type of provider who doesn't communicate with you if something is going wrong, but you can still sense it at the time. I remember early on after the teeth were removed, I had a feeling like she didn't seem very confident with what she was doing, but I didn't say anything. I'm not a litigious person and I think the most healing action is to prevent other people from making the same mistakes I did.
