Had my first appointment here today and the care was excellent. Dr. Storms is personable, attentive, and compassionate. She makes sure all of her clients' needs are met and questions are answered by the end of their appointment. Dorris did my x-rays and cleaning and was also very professional and personable. So excited to have found a new wonderful dental office!

I was confused that I wouldn't be receiving a cleaning today when the appointment was made. The office manager was kind enough to explain to me why this is the case. They do a comprehensive exam and xrays for the first visit, then schedule the type of cleaning the patient needs. This impressed me very much. Everyone was very kind.

My husband and I had an appointment there today and it was a very nice experience! They were quick and efficient. My dental hygienist Jesse was very nice and did a great cleaning job. We are definitely happy to have found them after moving here from Murfreesboro a few months ago.

Had my 6-month cleaning today. Didn't wait long at all. Jessica was my hygienist and she was so kind. She took her time, but didn't waste any time either, all while being extremely efficient. I highly recommend Halls Crossroads Dental Care. All the staff is very polite and friendly and the office is very. Lean and organized.

Every one was very polite and helpful to me as I am on oxygen and have Parkinson's. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes. The dentist was was polite an explained to me about my tooth.

This was my first time at Halls Crossroads Dental Care and all I can say is WOW! I am so impressed. Jessie was my hygienist and she was amazing!!! She explained everything she was doing and made me feel super welcome and comfortable. I will absolutely be back and I'm super excited to establish care with them.

Had to change dentist because of insurance. . I am pleased with the work on my new partial EXCEPT for them not matching the whiteness of my upper partial. I was never shown what the level of whiteness would be. The waiting for 2 1/2 months for the work to be finished. The cost for each crown was $1466.00 each. This was ridiculous!
