My name is Erika Hallock and I am honored to be a general dentist in Allen, Texas. I grew up in Amarillo, Texas, where I started my dental career as a dental assistant. After 3 years of assisting, I decided that I loved the field of dentistry and wanted to pursue a career as a dentist. I attended West Texas A&M University and graduated Cum Laude with my Bachelors Degree in General Studies. I started dental school in the fall of 2005 at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. While in dental school I met the love of my life, Dr. Michael Hallock who is also a dentist. After graduating from dental school my husband and I relocated to North Texas. I became a partner in my current practice in January 2010 and finally owner in December 2012.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my children, Jake and Caroline. I love being outdoors going for weekend Jeep rides, playing in the backyard with my kids or sitting by the pool.

Hello, my name is Dr. Michael Hallock, and I am proud to be a general dentist in McKinney, Texas. I grew up in Plano and after graduating Plano Sr. High in 2001, I attended the University of Oklahoma. At Oklahoma, I was fortunate enough to make the football team as a walk-on deep snapper and I remained on the team for 3 1/2 years until I decided to apply for dental school. I received my dental education at the University of Texas dental school in Houston. While at dental school, I met the love of my life Erika, who is also a dentist in Allen. We started dating and were married within a year. We have two beautiful children named Jake and Caroline who keep us busy non-stop and provide endless joy to our lives. When I am not practicing dentistry, I am spending time with my family outdoors. I enjoy lifting weights and running to stay in shape. In my spare time, I compete in shooting matches, trail ride in my Jeep or just hang out by the pool.

Dr. Richard Blume is originally from Lamar, Colorado. He moved to the great state of Texas after serving two years in the army and two years in the air force. Dr. Blume completed his undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University. It was at this time he decided to pursue a rewarding career in dentistry. He attended dental school at the University of Texas Houston. After several years in private general practice, Dr. Blume decided to that he was truly passionate about orthodontics he and went back to the University of Texas in Houston and earned his Masters in Orthodontics. Dr. Blume has been practicing orthodontics in the metroplex for over 40 years and we have the privilege of having him here in our Allen office to provide quality care for our patients. Dr. Blume offers conventional braces, Invisalign, and minor tooth movement. In his free time Dr. Blume enjoys spending time with family and golfing.

Jamie has been with Hallock Family Dental since 2015. You will find her working alongside Dr. Hallock to give patients the best experience possible. Jamie knew that she wanted to work in dentistry very early on. She completed Collin Colleges Dental Assisting School with honors and she has been working as a dental assistant since her graduation in 2011. Jamie loves to see the confidence gained from smile transformations, and she is fantastic at walking patients through the process of having dental work done. Jamie is the proud Mama of two little boys, Tucker and Waylon. When she isnt working she loves to spend time with her husband and sons.

Sage is Dr. Hallocks newest dental assistant. She may be a fresh face in our back office, but Sage is no stranger to the dental field. She has been a dental assistant for two years and previously worked in our front office. Sage takes great pride in the relationships she builds and maintains with patients. She finds it most rewarding when she earns the trust of nervous patients and is able to make the dental experience positive for them. Outside of work, Sage spends lots of time with her husband Ryan, their son Roysen and twin daughters, Maren and Marlow. Her other hobbies include being outdoors, gym time, sand volleyball, cheering on her son at T-ball and going to concerts.

Lesley has been a hygienist at Hallock Family Dental since 2006. Originally from San Antonio, she began her career working for a major insurance company. After entering the workforce, it didnt take long for her to realize there was something missing in her professional life. Lesley ultimately decided to get her degree in Dental Hygiene, graduating in 1994. She has now been a hygienist for 27 years and she is so thankful to be in this profession. In addition to helping patients achieve ideal oral health, Lesleys favorite thing about being a hygienist is the relationships that she has formed with her patients over the years. Lesley is married to Mark, and together they have 3 wonderful children: Matthew, Jonathan, and Rachel. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors.

Dory has been a hygienist with Hallock Family Dental since 2010. She began her career in dentistry at the age of 19 as an orthodontic assistant. After assisting for four years, Dory decided to further her education. She completed Collin Colleges Dental Hygiene Program as well as Texas Womens Universitys RDH-BSDH Program. She has a lighthearted approach to patient care and values laughter as a form of medicine. Dory loves to work with all members of the family, but she finds it especially rewarding to treat patients who experience dental anxiety. Dory is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have a little girl named Clara and a little boy named Collin.

Rodonna has been a Hygienist with Hallock Family Dental since 2013. She grew up in Mississippi and earned her B.S. in Chemistry at Tougaloo College. She then went on to attain her degree in Dental Hygiene at Collin College in 2010. Rodonna is a wonderful Hygienist who has a focus on patient comfort. She enjoys seeing all members of the family from the youngest children all the way up to the great great grandparents! She says her favorite thing is empowering her patients to achieve and maintain excellent oral health. Rodonna is married to Tony and together they have three fantastic children: Tony Jr., Trey and Taylor. Both Tony Jr. and Trey have proudly served our country in the United States military, and Taylor is busy pursuing her college degree.

Shannon has been with Hallock Family Dental since 2011. Shannon began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant almost 30 years ago. Shannon has since transitioned from assisting patients in the treatment areas to assisting patients at the front desk. Shannon helps patients with scheduling, financial preparations, insurance, and treatment coordination. Shannon has a husband, two children and seven grandchildren that she loves to spend time with.

Kim has been working in the accounting aspect of dentistry since 1990. Kim has an eye for detail and works hard for our patients. Kim coordinates with insurance companies to ensure that our patients receive the most out of their benefits. Kim loves working with people and she is great at helping patients with insurance questions. Kim has two adult sons Preston and Taylor. Outside of work, Kim is an avid gardener. Kim was born and raised in the Collin County area.

Lindsay is the newest member of the team, but she is no stranger to the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant and has since moved to the front office as Treatment Coordinator. Lindsay will greet you with a smile and her bubbly personality will make you feel right at home. She loves talking to patients and helping them feel comfortable at the office. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband Cole, and their two daughters Rylan and Wrynley!
