He has been a General Dentist since 1994. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dentistry from India. He then graduated with a D.M.D. degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists and local Dental societies. Dr. Krothapalli is immensely interested in Rotary Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) as well as Crown and Bridge.
She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontology from Boston University. Dr. Padmaja brings her expertise to our office for patients who require specialized Periodontal care. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Padmaja is married and has three beautiful children. Besides her passion for dentistry, she actively volunteers in her childrens classrooms, enjoys music and traveling as a family.
Dr. Jain received her D.D.S. from University of Michigan School of Dentistry as well as Postgraduate training from U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry and has practiced in the Boston area for five years. Her earlier training was at Yerala Medical Trust Dental College and Hospital in New Bombay. She practiced in India for 4 years before relocating.
Dr. Jain brings to us great knowledge in the treatment of dental diseases and procedures. Her special interests are Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as Prosthodontics. Implants and Endodontic treatment. And most of all, she is fabulous at building great rapport with her patients.
In her spare time, Dr. Jain enjoys racquet sports, experimenting with new and different cuisines, going to Tabata and boot camps. On the less vigorous side she also loves traveling, long drives and shopping! Dr. Jain and her husband reside in the North of Boston suburbs.
She is a native Bostonian. She is graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Periodontology Selective Certificate. While at Tufts she received recognition from the Northeastern Society of Periodontists Achievement in Clinical Periodontics. Prior to becoming a dentist, she practiced dental hygiene for 10 years. Her experience in the dental field has made her a devoted advocate for preventive dental care. She enjoys educating patients and making personalized goals to promote lifelong dental health.
Dr. Torres believes that treating patients with compassion and personal attention is an important part of providing excellent dental care and promoting overall wellness. Her professional interests include general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, preventive dentistry and utilizing the newest proven technologies to provide the best care possible. Dr. Torres is an active member of American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society.

Most incredible, kind, and attentive staff I've ever had. I walk through their practice and feel at ease. They work with you to find a course of action that financially works for you. They also have their own version of an insurance plan which is almost as good as regular dental insurance. I recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.

Wonderful, compassionate care. I brought my elderly mother, who suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease, in to see Dr. Patel to address some tooth pain. The entire staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Mom had x-rays taken, an exam with Dr. Patel, a filling and recommendations going forward. Did not feel rushed at all. Staff was patient and more than friendly and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Patel, Sharon, Yana and Anne!

This was my first time there. I wasn't sure how to get into the building. I was lucky because the receptionist was just going in for her shift. She was very friendly very much a people person. All the staff was friendly, set me at ease. Very efficient staff, Very clean facility. They take every precaution necessary. I had a very good experience.

My experience at Hallmark dental in Leominster, Ma was horrible. I went there through the veterans administration for a cleaning. Realizing I had a crack tooth and it needed repair. I scheduled a follow up. The dentist that performed the was Dr. Patel. It's started off with me sitting in the dental chair for 45 minutes waiting for the dentist with no explanation. Then he started grinding on my tooth with me realizing the Novocain wasn't working. Dr. Patel appeared to be in a rush. After the third dose of Novocain and almost a hour and 15 minutes in to the tooth repair he continued on. He was more concerned about the veterans administration paying his office than he was fixing my tooth. His rational was if your tooth hurts come back and you might need a crown. The tooth is question was fine before I went to there office. Now I'm in constant discomfort and my tooth feels and looks like a fang with jagged edges. There is a reason why hallmark dental is a chain because none of these dentist would last in their own practice. If you are a veteran or civilian STAY AWAY from HALLMARK dental in Leominster mass. 01453. I would of been better off having the dental technician work on my tooth. This place is a butcher's shop!

Acknowledgement can go a long way folks.. my girlfriend was a patient of the practice since she was a child. She was charged, without insurance, for a full set of X-rays. Come to find out, they didn't even take half of them. They proceeded to tell her that she had a serious issue that needed immediate attention. They referred her to an orthodontist for a $250 cone beam CT scan that she didn't even need. Which she also paid out of pocket for. After getting a second opinion, after weeks of unanswered phone calls and no explanation or follow-up, come to find out...it was just a defect on the only X-ray they captured. It was clear they realized they had made a mistake, but chose not to be accountable and instead left her questioning whether or not she was going to need serious dental surgery to save face. This was all to generate revenue off of a long term patient who insisted on seeking their care because she trusted them. Way to go guys, real respectable operation. Edited: for harshness.
