Visit this Dental (SHOP) at your own RISK as you will be subject to Insurance scams, malpractice, lies, overcharges and misleading unethical practice. Just moved back to the States from overseas and needed a dentist close to my residence. My Husband and I went there and from the beginning my husband had a funny feeling about the whole practice - he warned me to get out immediately but being a stubborn wife I decided to give them a shot. They took x rays and gave me another appointment for DEEP CLEANING, My husband insisted on not to go back - I did, and I wish i had listened to him. The deep cleaning appointment took only 30 minutes for one side of my mouth !!! and they scheduled me for another in 2 weeks - that took also 30 minutes !!! Then they hot us with a huge bill as a co pay after they drained my insurance balance - they insisted on paying my balance on the spot after the service as their sole intention is to get paid and collect $$ fees. so I used my discover card - but I decided not to go back as I could feel no change or improvement in my teeth . We found another REAL DENTAL office 6 months later - that is when we discovered that our insurance balance was drained by this SHOP for visits many visits that we did not attend - and our new dentist obtained the x ray images to discover that no deep cleaning was done at all - nothing close to regular cleaning - we are currently pursuing this matter with the insurance and reported this office for Scams - malpractice and fraud. Think twice before you decide to consider this SHOP - that is all I can advice you with .. DO NOT DO OUR MISTAKE -

I visited this place once. It was the first and the last. The front desk staff and the DA (Dentist assistant) were great and outstanding but the Poor communication + diagnosis that I received from the Dentist herself was poor and miserable. The Dentist came in, sat behind my head while I was laying down on the chair starring at the ceiling - She started looking at the x ray images on her laptop and making comments as if she was talking to herself, while I had no clue what she was talking about, and whether or not she was talking to me or to someone else on her Cellular. That was so annoying - I asked her to lift me up so I can look at those images as well to follow and to make sense of what she is saying. I indicated that I had a big hole in one of my back molars - and that I need an urgent temporary filings to avoid the pain of having food stuck inside the tooth. She refused helping my pain and recommended that I go to CVS and get a piece of CEMENT and fill it myself !!! Her answer was surprising to me as what is the the point of coming to a Dentist if that is what she is recommending ?? When I was about to leave the office, I mentioned my non-satisfaction to the front office lady. I was informed that this doctor is a temporary dentist covering for the permanent doctor who was on maternity leave. !!!! This generated more concerns as why I wasn't told this from the beginning ?? I was concerned about the consistency of my long term treatment to be with one doctor rather than switching from one doctor to another at some point !! and I wished that this was communicated to me upfront before I signed any of the 100 documents handed to me as soon as I stepped into their office (shop) and before any of the the x ray images were taken where their intention is all about billing the insurance and collect fees and charges. I was very angry of this cheap, unethical practice. More than this, I was told that the doctor will have a treatment plan ready for me in 2 days and that I will be contacted, where this should be done right on the spot at the first visit. A week went by - and no one called, which verified my initial doubts about this SHOP A week later, I called and spoke to Christina - who was very kind and helpful and very understanding to what I had said and what I expect, considering that this office policy stated that they apply charges for any no show or appointment cancellation - however they do not full fill their obligation to follow up or make a phone call as promised to discuss my treatment plane !!!! Does this make any sense ??? This SHOP has a punch of scammers with a single objective - making money and generate revenues from the insurance regardless if they provide a satisfactory service or not. I think the Gov should shut it down and take away their license to practice dentistry .. I am dead serious about this - Go back to India or the Middle East and practice your scams over there - not in America My advise to you - Never sign any initial document when you go there till the your visit is over and until you are all clear on all your questions and concerns Good Luck

The Front desk gave me the runaround. The person named Shelly didn't know how to process two insurances. She kept saying they were both inactive, and then change her story saying I wasn't a member for the insurance then she comes up with a different story of why she couldn't process my insurances. I called both my insurance companies and they showed active. I think Shelly either doesn't know how to do her job or is too lazy to her job. Either way I have found a different Dentist. Avoid Hallmark Dental in Danvers.

First time in this office today for teeth whitening service. All the ladies from receptionist to hygenist to yound lady Dr. Were Fabulous. All sported smiles and made me feel super comfortable. I also received a cleaning before whitening service. So excited they were able to take care of me and give me 2 services instead of 1 that i had appointment for. My teeth feel clean smooth ... Unfortunately my teeth are not any whiter hence 2 stars as my teeth were not sensetive during service but 1hour after service i would get zingers by just breathing through mouth. Drinking room temperature water also felt uncomfortable. Teeth sensetive after 2 weeks but not as intense as after service. Have had this whitening service 5 years ago at another establishment and results were great with no teeth discomfort. Called office 4 days ago and shared my results waiting for response . Either their machine needs to be calibrated or product used needs to be adjusted?? Dont know but not happy with discomfort or results.

As others have stated, Dr. Corben is looking for maximum profit above all else. I went to him for years. Hygenists were great, as were the front desk staff. But if you're looking for honesty and an ethical practice, keep on looking.

I had a great experience here- I can usually tell a lot about an organization based on how its head person's temperament is and I really liked the way the head dentist presented herself, spoke with staff, and spoke with me. Everyone was respectful, professional, and knew what they were doing. I will definitely be using them!!!

Dr Coban is a nice Dentest but I have to give Halmark dentistry a one star. They have a 48 hour appointment cancellation policy and will charge you if you miss an appointment. Understandable if you really miss an appointment. I tried to reschedule a before the 48hour cut off and the receptionist said she couldn't do it that evening and that I should call back tomorrow. I asked if I was going to get fined. She said no. I called back the next day and rescheduled. And again asked if I was going to get fined. She said no, you have been rescheduled. Well I received a bill for a missed appointment and even after going to all my appointments and taking my children to have their teeth done there too while paying for suggested extras that my insurance didn't cover. To anyone who goes to Hallmark dentistry beware of the cancellation policy and make sure you reschedule weeks ahead of time to avoid the red tape that can trap you. I will probably not be going back because of this unfair treatment. And its too bad my kids and I both liked Dr Corban and Rachel.

If you want to experience state of the art dental care, look no further. Dr. Corben and Dr. Sarita Malhotra stay ahead of their competition by keeping their practices current through continuing education programs as well as incorporating the latest technology offered in the dental care industry. Their modern approach as well as decades of experience ensure that your dental care is in good hands. I have been a patient of Dr. Corben & Associates for over 8 years, I would not imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Corben & Associates also employees a highly competent staff. If you need a cleaning, ask for an appointment with Marina. Her gentle but thorough technique will ensure that you will maintain a healthy smile for years to come. If you are looking for the top technology, smart and competent dentistry and some of the kindest, genuine people you have ever met... make an appointment. You will not regret it!!!!

Dr. Corben is great! He is very personable and always makes sure that you are comfortable and not in any pain. He makes sure to get to know his patients and checks up on them the evening after a procedure. He really cares about his patients and doesn't just treat them as a source of salary. The members of the staff are great, especially Rachel!
