Worst experience ever! Do not recommend. I was judged based off of my steps sons teeth and condition. We just obtained custody of my step son back in march and we were sent to this office to get a root canal and a cap put on his tooth. I was told by the other dentist he would be put to sleep. So when the hygienist informed me that they don't put them to sleep or give them laughing gas i was really confused and drew back because thats why we were referred there. Dr. Keenmore came in and completely berated me and yelled at me accusing me of yelling when i never even raised my voice. I was trying to tell the hygienist what i was told and that wesley needed his teeth done today that i couldn't wait another 30 days to get it done since this was the 3rd time they called and rescheduled. Dr. Keenmore told me i was obviously told the wrong things that they didn't use sedation or capp teeth. I was genuinely confused. I feel completely judged by such a rude person when they don't even know the truth.

Dr.Kennemore and his entire staff are amazing,I have been going to Hall st Dental for years and it's never a disappointment,especially being everyone or almost everyone gets anxiety ,I assure you,You will feel so different about going to the dentist(I know i did)...

I chose this Dental practice for one Dentist and my favorite is Dr. Kennmore. Best Dentist. The staff is friendly. They all will answer any questions you have.

The Dentist and staff are very friendly and efficient. I am always taken back in a timely manner. They do excellent work and truly care about you and make you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Hall Street Family Dental. They also accept Medicare and Medicaid, unlike many dentists!

Worst experience ever! The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. We were accused of being late when we arrived before appointment time. We were told that you have to 30 minutes earlier than appointment time to fill out paper work. When appointment was made over phone we were not made aware of that. The receptionist discussed all our insurance and personal information loud enough for all sitting in waiting room to here. They tried to deny either parent from being present while a 14yr old minor son was being put under considering the child has never been there before. This is worst dentistry I have ever been too. The entire staff acted terrible.. I would not refer my dog to go here! Good Luck with your hippa complaint. Sincerely, Upset

I've been going here for almost three years and I always have the same experience. Family friendly, so kind, and fast. Thank you Dr.Kennemore and the amazing dentist hygienists who assist him. 10/10 would recommend! :)) today's appt:
