Looks like this office in Huntington Beach is just a scam. BEWARE! They took as many of Dr. Hall's patients as they could for a couple of months, billed them and now they have been closed/disappeared for at least 2 months. Phone goes direct to voicemail. I am out over $1000

They ripped my dad off for $13,000 And disappeared. They haven't been in the office in a couple months. They took a lot of Dr. Halls patients billed them up front and just disappeared after Dr. Hall retired and sold his practice. They are crooks. I would never recommend Humanity Dental to anyone.

No one has been at the office in a month. Humanity has my $11,000 and less than half the work has been completed. Where are they? Stay tuned for the outcome.

This dental office is completely unprofessional. The reviews here are misleading. Most of the reviews are for the former dentist Dr. Hall, who has retired and sold his practice to this company. They have not shown up 2 of my appointments already. Being the first appointment of the day, I ensure I'm always early to make sure I don't back up their schedule first thing in the morning, however, they decide to not show up to work and the office is closed, no one answers the phone, no rollover service. What is this place? My first appointment with them was at the end of March 2022. I used to come and see the former dentist, which is why I came in the first place. That first visit was also missed by them not showing up for my appointment. A few days later I came back in, the girl at the front desk was super sweet and completely apologetic, however that's where the positive experience stops. The dentist, Dr. Tang (I believe) shows up, completely lacks interpersonal skills, proceeds to tell me all this unnecessary work that I need without even looking or referencing the past dental history for the past 10 years, which, he has loaded into the computer that is sitting in front of him. I explained to him that I felt that work was unnecessary and that I would reevaluate his suggestions at my next appointment which would be in 3 months, because I come quarterly. A few minutes later a gentleman by the name of John shows up to talk to me and wants to understand why I don't want to move forward with what the doctor is suggesting. Mind you this fellow named John is not a dentist is not a doctor and in my opinion is completely unprofessionally dressed to be asking questions of a patient in a doctor's office. I literally felt like I was at a used car dealership being sold add-on options that are already installed on the car. I restated what I had told the doctor previously, that I felt it was unnecessary at this time and I would reevaluate it at my next appointment in 3 months. As of today sitting in front of their office writing this review. I have honored my commitment of coming back 3 months later to reevaluate, however, this office is still closed. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. it is now 9:36 and I have yet to receive a phone call back regarding this morning's appointment. I almost forgot to say, I have received multiple text messages reminding me and confirming my appointment for this morning. So instead of me writing a review for the first time and that horrific experience, I gave them a second opportunity to see if things would get better. I obviously now have my answer. Unfortunately, not everybody here is to blame for the lack of poor operational management. The front office desk staff are quite friendly and try very hard to do their job properly, however, this is more of a management problem and ownership problem. It's probably a problem that will not resolve itself and will not go away without the management and ownership going away. I wish all the patients of former Dr Hall much success in finding a new dentist and I highly suggest any new patient looking for dental work, do your research and look somewhere else, because this place is just plain awful.

Terrible office, staff has no idea what they are doing. Outdated office. Unprofessional, heard someone in the back office cussing up a storm like they were at home.

I have been going to Dr Hall for years. He has his heart in his work, and always does a top-notch job. I recommend him and his entire staff without hesitation.

I have seen Dr. Hall as my dentist since he came out of dental school and join the practice of Dr. Jamison, who is now retired. This has been almost 20 years. Both of my adult sons also see Dr. Hall. His hygienist is gentle but thorough. The office is well run and helpful. I trust Dr. Hall to always suggest the best and most cost effective treatment, without a doubt!
