Dr. Hall grew up in Winchester, VA, where he graduated from Handley High School in 1975. He attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA and graduated in 1979 with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Hall then attended the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry where he received his D.D.S. in 1984. He then returned to Winchester to establish his dental practice.
Dr. Hall is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentists. He is a fellow in the Virginia Dental Association, a fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and a fellow in the American College of Dentists. Dr. Hall has also served on the Virginia Board of Dentistry. He is also a member of the Southern Regional Testing Association.
Dr. Hall volunteers as a Paramedic/Firefighter for Millwood Station VFRS, where he is a life member. He is a member of the Winchester Rotary Club, where he is a Paul Harris Fellow. He also teaches Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Medical Life Support, and Paramedic courses.

I just switched to Dr Hall from my long time dentist who retired. I was a bit anxious having someone new. Dr Hall & his staff are terrific. They made me very comfortable with the change. A special shout out to Donna who did my cleaning. She did a great job.

After having not seen a dentist for almost a decade and with at least one major problem and a history of bad teeth, I was scared to see a dentist -- that is until I walked into the office. The reception staff was amazingly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to be sure my insurance was correct and helped me find information about my policy! Donna, the hygienist, was beautiful, calming, and took the time to even scrape off old adhesive from ALL of my teeth left from braces that had been removed about 12 years prior. I've had multiple fillings and some major work, but there was no judgment or anything for me to fear. I enjoyed going back for my follow-up appointments. They worked with me to find a treatment plan that suited my schedule and my finances. I love their atmosphere of caring and am happy to have found a dentistry home. My teeth have never looked as good!

Did an awesome job on a cavity and I wasn't numb all day, BONUS! Also, zero discomfort during the following days, I have had a few procedures done here and this is the standard they set, and meet, every appointment! Dr. Hall does a great job!
