I was a terrified wreck, coming in for a WAY overdue cleaning due to covid shutdowns, a move from up north, and many life happenings that kept pushing the dental care to the back burner. The entire staff worked with me, patiently explained things, and used a combination of numbing medication and nitrous to get me through my procedure. I'm very thankful they were so kind!

Seriously avoid this place unless you enjoy getting charged 2.5-3x normal rates for dental work. Below reviewer was also accurate regarding additional charges being added without consent/clarification ahead of time.

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable visit with my new Dentist. The office is beautiful, clean and such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is very professional and so informative about my dental health. My husband and I recently moved to Florida from Rhode Island. I asked my new neighbor who her dentist is and she spoke so highly of Halifax Plantation Dental Spa and Dr. Jennifer Fraser. Please give the office a call and you will be as satisfied as we are.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! These folks will make up services that you do not need, add fees onto your bill for BS expenses, put your name down for appointments you never agreed to. When I complained to the receptionist about being signed up for a bogus appointment after they added hundreds of dollars of bogus expenses to my last visit (only a month ago), she yelled"okay, I have removed you from our system completely" and hung up on me. Crooked place, you are just a walking credit card to them. Also, there is nothing "spa-like" about it. It's just a dentist's office like any other.

Just joined as a new patient. I had a fantastic experience even though I went in with some jitters. The team here works so well together to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They are very approachable and open to any concerns or questions. The office is very tidy and inviting. I definitely recommend checking them out :)

Very nice office but my last encounter with them was so horrible that I walked out and will never go back. They schedule appointments for you and then blow you up with reminders a week in advance and I never actually scheduled any appointment. The first time this happened I actually thought it was my error and I must have somehow not logged it into my calendar. Which makes no sense because I live off of my phone calendar. I actually thought it was me. But when it happened a 2nd time I complained to my husband about it - i still showed up for the visit. The 3rd time it happened, which was my last encounter, I actually asked Dr. Frasier why they do that and she got really defensive with me. I have pretty healthy teeth but for some reason they seem to have to work on the same couple of teeth several times over the last 4 years. I don't understand why if the work was done correctly the 1st time. Every time I go into the office they always have some type of extra work they need to do. My last visit for a cleaning they wanted to refill a cavity (that they had already filled twice over the last 4 years). When I checked out, i scheduled my next 6mo cleaning and told them I would call back to schedule the cavity work. I actually had no intention of scheduling it. Low and behold, this was one scheduled for me and a week before my appointment i started receiving text messages and emails. Again I showed up, i realized it was end of year and I was just going to get the cavity done again and then I would start looking for a new dentist next year. Well I got there and sat down and the hygienist started talking about the work and said we are filling FOUR cavities today. I was floored!!! I said what do you mean FOUR!!! My last visit I was told by Dr. Frasier that they had a "watch" on a tooth and they needed to go back in and fill it again. I was pretty upset because in my mind, i thought to my self. AGAIN - another tooth they did work on needs more work. I never said anything to them at the time, again coming home complaining to my husband. So when the hygienist said FOUR I asked to speak to Dr. Frasier before they did any prep. I expressed my concern on why appointments were just scheduled for patients and why they are wanting to do more work than I was even aware of from my last visit (this was also not the 1st time this has happened - again the previous time, i blew off like it was my error for not understanding). I made a comment about making sure they had the correct patient record up and then she flipped out, started talking to me like I was a 2 year old. telling me that my previous 2 cleanings they talked to me about other teeth that needed work done and that I never had it done. This was an appointment to do it all. AGAIN I was not told that on my previous visit, instead of her saying to me then that I had all this work to be done, she only talked about the one tooth that they needed to refill the cavity on. Just be careful - definitely better than you chain dentist establishments, very nice office and front desk staff but some shady practices, in my opinion
