I have been seeing Dr. Tate for a few years now. Having received routine cleanings, crown placements, tooth repair... And I am never disappointed with the care, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the office. I highly recommend Dr. Tate and his practice.

Dr. Tate has been our family dentist since 2004. We moved to TN 5 yrs ago and we always make the trip to see him. I can't say enough good things about him.

Wanted to switch to a dentist closer to my home and everyone told me to give Tate Family Dentistry a try. Really glad I did! The staff are so professional and friendly, the office is immaculate, and Dr. Tate is very skilled. I had a couple fillings and a chipped front tooth that needed to be repaired and the procedure was quick and painless. Tate Family Dentistry will be my dental practice for life!

Excellent practice, outstanding hygienist, she was very meticulous with my cleaning procedure. Dr Tate was very thorough and interpreted the results of my X-ray and explained his examination of my bite. He recommend an oral surgeon for my extraction and sent the referral over that day. Two great big thumbs up for Tate Dentistry!!

Haley Tate DDS has a great staff, who seems to be friendly and sincere. The Hygienist has a soft touch and does a great job. I highly recommend Haley Tate DDS and staff to everyone. Please check them out.
