Hi there! I am your Ladera Ranch dentist, Dr. Lincoln Parker. I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I consider this to be the greatest place to live on earth! I was fortunate enough to spend 2 years in South Korea teaching English and providing service as a young adult. I learned Korean and was fully immersed in a new culture. This opened my eyes to how others think and piqued my interest in connecting with others.
I attended Brigham Young University for my undergraduate education and had many great educators in physiology, anatomy, biology, and chemistry. I married my wife Mimi while at BYU, and together, we moved to Las Vegas for dental school. I attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. There I was exposed to many aspects of dental care. It was a newer school and that afforded me the opportunity to experience the latest in technology. There I was also able to push my skills beyond typical dental schools due to the facultys desire to give us as much clinical experience as possible.
I am a passionate learner and feel I can only provide the best possible dentistry for my patients. Straight out of school, I worked for a corporate-owned dental office. This was eye-opening to the different ways a dental office can be run. There, it was about seeing as many patients as possible and the goal was not providing health to our patients but getting them to say yes as soon as possible. It taught me exactly what I did not want to do with my career.
I find the long-term relationships I can build with my patients helping them achieve what they want to do with their dental health extremely rewarding. This pushes me to know more and get better and better at my work. It is my lifelong legacy to provide relationship-based care for my patients and team.
There are many complicated aspects of dentistry that I love to work in. My work with patients in TMJ pain has brought patients traveling a long way to see us. My work with complicated restorative patients such as full mouth rehabs or All-on-4 Treatment Concept prosthesis has helped many smile and chew confidently again. My ability to see the details helps in the esthetic cases patients see me for.

Dr. Tyler Hales is a cosmetic dentist based in South Orange County, CA. Dr. Hales, along with his partner Dr. Lincoln Parker, established Hales Parker Dentistry and has been providing quality comprehensive dental care since opening the practice in 2013. Dr. Tyler Hales, a.k.a. The Bowtie Dentist: Growing up, my Grandpa taught me, If you want to be the best, you need to look your best. Wearing a bowtie each day empowers me to show up with confidence as a dentist and an artist. My bow tie has become a symbol of my pride and love for what I do.

Dr. Hales and his wife Audra have been married 12 years and have four children. When he is not practicing cosmetic dentistry at Hales Parker Dentistry, he can be found on the beach with his family, at the gym, and playing or watching sports.

How many people do you know who enjoy going to their dentist? We all need a dentist and if you go to Hales Parker Dentistry then you'll be made to feel you are the most important person ever to enter their office. You are greeted with smiles and super great service. Of course most are nervous when you arrive but soon you're comfortable and aware that you are in a most professional medical environment you've ever visited and whatever services you receive rest easy that there can be no better.

I've been at Hales Parker dentistry for eight years and they are the BEST. My husband loves them, my kids love them, I love them. This month I had a partial crown put on by Dr Facer, the newest dentist at their practice. He was kind, professional, and did a fantastic job. My bite feels great and the process was near-painless. He fits right in, and I recommend him as highly as I do Dr Parker!

I have been a patient with HPD for about two years. From the moment I met Dr. Parker, I knew I was in good hands. He did not sugar coat anything and really eased my anxiety about being at the dentist in the first place. The front office staff, the hygienists, and the patient concierge are all lovely people. In addition, I have never had such beautiful crown work done in my life. Give HPD a try. You'll be happy you did!

This three star review is a result of this office's billing practices, NOT for the quality of dental care, which is top notch. I was told by this office that my insurance company changed the way they do business and the payments for service would have to go directly to me and then I would have to make payment after I recieved the money from the insurance company, but I still had to pay a radom amount at the time of service. This is not true. My insurance company did not change how they do things. I have asked for statements from the dental office, but those don't come. All I get is a text message with a link to pay, but still no break down of what I'm actually paying for. I have texted back and made phone calls requesting a statement, but I have gotten nothing but more text messages. Perhaps wanting a statement is old school, but I still do some things old school, and I have valid reasons for still doing some things old school, like being able to clearly see what I'm paying for. When I first started going to this practice, I loved every bit of it, and who really likes going to the dentist? Sadly, as what happens to too many good things, the practice has grown too large to be personal. I'm not sure, but I think Hales Parker is trying to get rid of their general dentistry patients by making the paper work too much of a hassle for a normal person to want to deal with. Also, the past couple of visits, the upsales I'm presented with feel less like a dental office, and more like an infomericial, "But wait, there's more..." I likely will be looking for another dentist because of this office's billing methods and because I will be 65 in a few years, and they don't take the dental insurance I will likely be getting when I go on Medicare (but they will sell me their own dental plan that covers cleaning and -rays). This makes me sad considering I stay with my dentists forever (Dr. Parker is the third dentist I've had in my lifetime. I had the same dentist from infancy until I was 29, then my next dentist from 29 through 58, and now Dr. Parker for the past four years).

Best dentist experience I've had. They are able to do a crown same day, no need for a temporary, which is amazing. I watched Netflix while having it done. Team is super friendly and professional.

Prior to becoming a patient at Hales Parker Dentistry, I used a variety of dentists. I am so happy I found this team. Whether its cleanings, fillings, implants and more... they do excellent work. They also invest in their practice as they have the latest technology allowing me to solve most issues in one visit. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Dr. Parker has been my dentist since early 2018, and he is by far the best dentist I have ever had (and I have had a few). His bedside manner is outstanding, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail. Dental work is one of my least favorite things; it causes me anxiety sometimes. But Dr. Parker is super patient. My comfort is a priority, and he is very gentle with his work. His work is also fantastic. He re-aligned my bite with Invisalign a couple of years ago. I was also conscious about my smile due to a couple of weird-looking crowns, and he restored my smile with veneers. It was one of the best investments I have ever made on myself. I am currently in the process of getting a dental implant, and I trust that Dr. Parker will do a fantastic job. Julia does my regular teeth-cleaning, and she is also amazing. I have very sensitive gum in certain areas, and she is very understanding and extremely gentle. She is also very personable, and she makes teeth-cleaning almost fun. Lastly, Hales Parker Dentistry uses state-of-the-art technology, which is really nice. They have the ability to make crowns in the office (no more temps!). I also recently had my mouth scanned using their digital scanner, and it was awesome. The uncomfortable molds are no longer needed for most procedures. I highly recommend Hales Parker Dentistry to anyone who is looking for an excellent and pleasant dental experience.

If you have Delta Dental Insurance do yourself a favor and avoid this Dentist. I was lied to regarding what insurance would cover, then after paying upfront received a much smaller reimbursement from my insurance company, ended up paying $900+ for routine small filling. When I tried to work this out with Dentist office was told "that's too bad, call your insurance Company". BE CAREFUL GOING HERE

Dr. Hales is always great. Ashley the hygienist was wonderful-friendly, thorough and gentle. Bree is always so sweet and helpful too. Visits are easy and I always feel welcome. The front office staff does a great job accommodating appointment times. I'm doing the vivos treatment for my jaw and while it's not the easiest treatment, I saw improvement and lessening of my jaw pain right away.

Just found Hales Parker, I'm a fan for life. They didn't try to upsell me like many dentists do and I felt comfortable in their office. They were honest and direct with my concerns. :) Very happy with the office!

Dr. Parker is my dentist, he's great! I've always dreaded dental care, but now with hi-tech dental techniques and no pain, I was in and out with a new crown during the same appointment! The environment is friendly which makes me feel more relaxed compared to years ago in the UK! Thank you for helping me overcome my fears!

Finding HPD was an absolute treasure! I was incredibly lucky to be welcomed in by John and taken care of by Mysti. They made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and I even got to watch my favorite movie during the process! Wish I could give this place more than five stars!!!

After visiting many different dental offices through my life I finally found my favorite one that make me happy and smile, Dr Hales is very professional and nice who listens and help you the best way possible, my hygienist Julia is a hard worker who makes my teeth the cleanest and shiniest that ever been, very nice and friendly staff at front desk that easily communicate and schedule appointments without a long wait, I am so grateful to know and be with this dental office

Best Dentist Ever! I've been to many many dentist over the years. Dr. Hales beats them all. The most advanced technology I've ever seen in a dental office. His staff is so kind and caring and make me feel calm (which never happens). Dr. Hales looks at the big picture. He isn't looking to just make a buck he wants what is best for your overall oral health. I had veneers done and it was the easiest process. Two appointments and now I have a new smile. I use to cover my mouth when I would laugh so no one would see my discolored and broken teeth. I waited until I found the right dentist who could fix them all. Painless and easy and I wish I'd found him 10 years ago. The best experience and now I have the best smile.
