Dr. Hale served a mission for the LDS church in Mexico. He married his wife, Katie, in Utah just before moving to Maryland in 2004 to finish dental school at the University of Maryland. He graduated in 2008 and has been practicing dentistry in Memphis, Tennessee for the last nine years. Dr. Hale and his family are excited to be back home in Utah, where he loves to mountain bike, disc golf, and play ice hockey. Dr. Hale is looking forward to serving the Ogden community for years to come.
My love for my patients radiates through me. I love to meet new people and truly enjoy the friendships I make with our patients here at Hale Family Dental. I have been an assistant for over 12 years and enjoy cosmetic and restorative procedures.
I am here to make sure I provide you with the education and resources needed to help you achieve your optimal oral health. I graduated from Weber State University in 2006 and have been practicing in the Ogden area for the past 12 years.

I have been involved in customer service for over 15 years. My favorite part about my job is seeing our patients leave with a smile.

Outside of the office, I enjoy crafting and refinishing furniture. My husband and I love to travel and we have been traveling together now for over a decade. I have two adorable children and 2 grandsons who are the light of my life.
I have been working in the dental field for over 8years and enjoy working with patients of all ages. It is my goal to make sure patients needs are met and that they feel as though they are our close friends and family every time they come to our office. I am trained in both front and back office duties and I am here to help educate and assist you in any dental needs that you may have.
Outside of the office I enjoy dancing, traveling and learning new things. My motto is, every day is a new adventure, follow your dream. I believe that the key to happiness in this world is being kind to each other.

Outside of the office, I love being a mom to my two (3rd one on the way) children. I moved here from California and really love the beauty that Utah has to offer. I love any outdoor activity and when I am not outdoors my favorite thing to do is bake.

I was so grateful for Dr. Hale and his staff. My son woke up with a swollen infected tooth. A Saturday of all days. Dr. Hale was so patient and kind. His staff was so helpful calming my son down and successfully pulling a tooth that had caused so much pain and grief for days! Dr. Hale also called me hours after to make sure my son was doing ok. I'm so thankful I would highly recommend Hale family dental

When I pointed out an error in their paperwork, they became rude. One person at the front desk tried to add $50 in case they were out of my insurer's network. I called to speak with them about it - spoke with Carol, who quite rudely insisted that they are IN my insurer's network but when they sent in the pre-authorization to my insurer they did NOT include my insurance ID, so the authorization came back as "out of network." When I received my bill, the invoice was from Lambourne Family Dental; called Carol - she said to make payment to Hale. MANY red flags! There are many dentists in Utah - I don't recommend this one.

If I could give this place a 0 star than I most definitely would. DO NOT COME HERE !!! The lady named Carol is very rude I definitely do not recommend coming here and if you do have to come here make sure that you don't have to cross path with Carol because she is a very unsympathetic person. I asked if I could get something for my pain because I got a tooth removed and she said this words exactly (I CANT GIVE YOU ANYTHING FOR PAIN JUST FOR FUN) and her knowing that I just got a tooth pulled out still wasn't willing to provide anything for pain.

I took my 3 year old in to do a check up. And he was scared obviously it's his first time at a dentist office. And they didn't handle it well at all they wouldn't even take a look inside my kids mouth. Obviously he was whinny or whatever but that is no way to go about it. They were very rude about it. Going to be looking for a new dentist

One of the Gals in Dr. Hales office, Carol, handled the Insurance snaffu that had me absolutely panicked, got my appt rescheduled and restored my Zen. Carol went above and beyond what anyone else would do. She was kind,compassionate, and very reassuring. She is a treasure. Thank you Carol!!!

This place is horrible. One my dad goes in and they say they dont take his insurance and send him home but then goes right back and says they take his insurance but the dentist has other stuff to do but then sees him. Again my sister goes in says they dont take her insurance but they do. Then goes back and the dentist says the same thing and says he cant fit her in the schedule but then says oh wait we can. Umm i made an appointment so why do you need to fit my sister in the schedule this appointment was made days ago.

There is only one good thing about this place and that is the Dentist, he is great. However he does not try to work with his staff. To change the complaints. . However his staff are rude and they don't speak english or understand english. That makes communicating concerns with them difficult. . An example is today I needed a Kleenex to blow my nose and the staff acted like I was interrupting her day. I also find it very rude that they come in the rooms and start speaking in Spanish in front of you. I find this very rude and uncomfortable at any appointments I attend.

I went in after years of not seeing a dentist. Either dentistry has changed, or I lucked into finding one of the best dental offices around. Its so rare to find service providers who can combine that feeling of down-home warmth, humor and acceptance with high levels of skill and professionalism. I can actually say I had a great time going to the dentist (and this is after receiving a deep cleaning and tooth extraction during the same visit). 5 stars well earned!
