I have been a patient here for several years. It is always a pleasure dealing with all staff. Very professional, kind, and genuine. Both Dr.'s Klein and Mishler are great to deal with and they truly listen!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mishler for a few years now, and I love this office! I called yesterday hoping for an appointment on Monday, they squeezed me in the same day! I feel confident that Dr. Mishler has my best interest at heart always gives me great advice and doesn't push me to get procedures that can wait. I highly recommend seeing her she will remember you even if you haven't been in a year! Thanks for keeping my smile shining Hagen Ranch Dental!

I was a patient here for about 10 years. After an issue with billing, they decided it was a good idea to charge me after a cleaning. Instead of working with me on the issue, the person who called me about the bill proceeded to argue with me and told me it was my fault for not knowing that insurance would not cover the bill. Instead of checking with insurance ahead of the procedure, the office put it on me to know. Just keep that in mind if you decide to go here. I decided it was best to take my business elsewhere to a dentist that cares more about repeat business and offers their customers a clear idea of what will be owed ahead of time.

I am a patient since 2007, and this place is going downhill since Nancy retired. It can be very frustrating working with Debbie and others on insurance billing. May be time for a change :(
