Steve has been a part of our team since 2009 and recently returned as office manager after a brief hiatus. He enjoys helping and interacting with all of out wonderful patients and strives to make your visits as seamless as possible!
Carol has been part of our team since 2007. She brings 33 years of patient care to our dental team. Carol enjoys interacting with patients and creating long term relationships. Carol has 2 children and 'nana' to 2 grandchildren

One of the nicest dental practices I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Hagen is personable and makes sure you're ok during any procedure.

Best experience I've had with any dentist has been with Dr. Patel. Makes you feel comfortable about everything going on the second you get in the chair. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and wants you to feel at home. The entire staff is super nice and personable. They'll answer anything for you and get you in and out without any long waiting or hassle. A+ treatment!

My first visit was last Thursday. Took care of my aching tooth first and then I will schedule for xrays and such; didn't push this! Dr Patel is a very nice and caring dentist! Took the time to explain what he was doing and was very accommodating when I needed a break. Kenna his assistant couldn't have been more caring. She knew my fears and was very reassuring. I think I lost some of my anxieties last Thursday. Thank you

Enjoyed the experience but turns out insurance was out of network. Feel lied to but it happens. Make sure this is in-network before becoming a new customer.

A wonderful professional and friendly staff. Very pleased with every aspect of the dental care that I received. All my care options and questions were answered thoroughly by Dr. Kandel. After going to a several other dentists I am glad that I found Hagen Dental!

The staff is all attentive, talented, and well equipped! The experience here has been both affordable and easy, and there's always a great deal of care to minimize any pain or discomfort. The front desk staff is also very accommodating and always on top of their game. No bad experiences here - highly recommend their services!

I went to Hagen Dental and let me tell you God is Good. He knows I am never at ease about the dentist. I went here they were all so nice and friendly. The Hygienist that took me in the room sat and talked to me we talked about kids siblings laughing. I could go on about them. The X-ray tech was very good and gentle she told me everything she was doing while she was working . And The Dentist very nice and gentle . Then billing he was also nice I paid him with a smile numb and all I couldn't believe how caring they all were. And they were all in Bengals gear. I'm so happy I found them. A wonderful Team and very nice. Thank You my new Dental Family.

I have been a patient with Dr. Hagen and his excellent team for over 10 years now. The kindness, professionalism and care they put into each patient is evident - and I so appreciate the gentleness with which the hygienists work. As someone who has long feared dental work, Dr. Hagen and esp. Dental Hygienists Kendra and Carol have helped me move past a lot of those fears. I just met the new doctor within this practice, Dr. Kandel and she seems to be excellent! Thorough, yet friendly and personable. I love that we have such a great dental resource on the Westside!
