The receptionist was wonderful, but my experience with the dentist was not good. I've never been one to be nervous about dentist visits before this one, but now I will be. He had 0 proper bedside manner, did not even bother to introduce himself to me let alone even make eye contact with me. He was so rough with the tools that my gums were sore and still bleeding after leaving and when I let him know of specific concerns, he was very flippant and did not give any tips or advice on how to fix the issue. I believe I was treated differently based on my insurance and will not be returning.

Took my son in after years of refusal due to a traumatic experience at Gentle Dental. He was very comfortable and the Staff and Dentist treated him very well!

LOVE this dentist office! Receptionists, hygienists and both dentists I've had work from have all been wonderful. Most of my work has been done by Dr. Walkup. She is amazing - puts you at total ease, explains things very clearly and does beautiful fillings:) I used to have horrible dental anxiety, now have ZERO going to see this crew. So thankful for them!

I've seen Dr Hadi for over 20 years at his practice in Beaverton and recently, at his other office in Lake Oswego. Looking back, I am glad I made that choice because, the Doc and his team have taken good care of my teeth:-) as well as that of my entire family. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and always attentive which makes going to the dentist a pleasurable experience (even for my kids). His front and back office staff are also highly professional and engaging with them always seamless. I think I'm biased in my opinion because, I experienced nothing but, great care from end to end in the 20+ years of seeing him for my dental care therefore content. I highly recommend Dr Hadi Nouredine's Lake Oswego and Beaverton Dental!!!

I would just like to say that I am 81 years old and this isn't my first rodeo as they say.. I have been to many many dentists over the years, my mouth looks like the history of dentistry, and I just want to say that this crew and the dentist are the best I've encountered and I've been to dentist all over the world being in the service, also I played sports for years and had everything happen to my teeth that could possibly happen. I have root canals, caps and crowns and this crew.... all of them are very professional and very very friendly I can't say enough good about all of them thank you for listening.

UPDATE! Manager Angie and Dr. Nouredine went the extra mile to make this right. She is now scheduled to have her teeth fixed in 2 weeks with Dr. Nouredine himself. Thank you! Took my 12 y.o. foster daughter here for a long overdue dental exam with some obvious cavities. Dentist examined her and said she would need several root canals with anesthesia and he would send a referral out for that. Front desk confirmed that we would receive referral in the mail in 3-5 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called the dental office and they could not find any history of sending a referral, they checked the dentist's notes and there was no mention of needing a referral or anesthesia. After multiple calls to this dentist and the insurance company, she was referred to Newberg Kids Dentist- 1.5 hours from our home. I called and tried to change referral to somewhere closer but chose not to, because I did not want to further delay her dental care. She wasn't able to get an appointment with Newberg until yesterday- over 2 months since appointment with Lake Oswego. The dentist at Newberg Kids Dentist said "I'm not sure why they referred you to me- I don't do root canals." So now this poor girl has to wait- who knows how much longer before she gets her teeth fixed. This is such a waste of my time and money- we stayed in a hotel because of the drive, and I took a day off to take her to this appointment.

Always an enjoyable visit, friendly professional and great staff. Really good with kids. My whole family goes there and my 3 and 5 year old love the dentist because they make it so easy for the kids.

I've been a patient there for 10 years. Totally happy with the care that I receive. I always feel welcome by everyone there and can't imagine having to go somewhere else.

I absolutely LOVE having Lake Oswego Dental as my dentist! There truly aren't enough good things I can say about not just the dentists, but the entire staff. I went in with a host of issues that I just couldn't seem to get my prior dental office to deal with in any realistic manner, and I was apprehensive approaching a new dentist. The care, attention and genuine desire to see my issues fixed set me at ease immediately. The staff went above and beyond to get me fast, often next day!, appointments and the dentists and technicians bent over backwards to take care of me, from start to finish. To anyone thinking of getting themselves a new dentist, I can't think of any other dental office than this one, to take care of any possible needs you may have, from cleanings to fillings to extractions to partials and dentures, Lake Oswego Dental will make sure that you are getting the absolute best care you possibly can. They're just awesome! (and, they're just super nice people!)

I had my first visit yesterday. It was a very good experience! I got excellent care from the front office, Tonya and Dr Hadi. Everyone was friendly. I got a great cleaning and a thorough exam. I'll be getting some dental work done in the next couple of months and I feel confident I found a good dental group.

I took my daughter to get her teeth clean. Hadi helped her. The clinic is very nice and everyone is super sweet. I recommend going there. We will be going back again in 6 months.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Nourdine and this practice. We are new to the area and walked in without an appointment. My daughter was having pain and we wanted to schedule as soon as possible. They saw her within the hour to evaluate the immediate pain. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, kind and highly competent. Thank you! We will be establishing care with this practice.

The staff here are great and I dont ever have frustrating interactions. I actually look forward to my cleanings because they always go so smoothly. I dont wait in the waiting room past my appointment time and always feel like they did a good job when I leave.
