Dr. Randal Hadfield graduated at the top of his class in 1997 from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Upon earning his degree, Dr. Hadfield served in the Navy in Yokosuka, Japan for three years. During that time, he received advanced training in oral surgery, pediatrics, and prosthodontics. He received the Navy Award of Merit.
He continues his education by regularly attending advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, and sedation. He stays on the cutting edge of dentistry and trains other doctors in technological advances. He is one of three dentist selected to be CEREC trainers in Utah. Dr. Hadfield is also a mentor at the Scottsdale Center of Dentistry.
In 2000, Dr. Hadfield opened a private practice and been building his practice in computer, aesthetic, and sedation technology ever since. It is because of Dr. Hadfields dedication to improvement and growth in a variety of dental technologies, treatments, and procedures that our patients receive the most modern, efficient, and effective general and cosmetic dental care available. Dr. Hadfield is also down-to-earth and easy to talk to, making his guests feel warm and informed about their dental decisions.
Dr. Hadfield takes great pride in having a progressive, innovative office requiring excellence from not only himself, but his staff as well. He surrounds himself with a staff he considers family, a team that works well together and makes his guests feel educated and at home.
Ally is married and has two kids. She loves traveling, making sushi, and her family loves the Lakers! She loves being at Hadfield Dental Care and is dedicated to creating personal connections with our patients!
Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Annalee was a certified nursing and medical assistant. She has now been working in the dental industry for over 25 years, bringing a high level of professionalism and dependability. Annalee has passionately volunteered and served with the Utah Dental Hygienists Association. She has served as a Utah delegate, American Dental Hygiene Association Delegate, Vice President and President Elect over the last several years. And, in 2011, she was honored to be the President of the Utah Dental Hygienists Association.
Annalee has always done her best to excel and grow in her industry. She was recently certified through the WCLI in Diode Lasers for Hygiene and Periodontal Applications. She enjoys utilizing the latest and greatest technology to help care for her patients, and loves helping her clients with the health of their mouth, the health of their body, and their life balance.
Heather A. is our front office glue! She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three daughters and two sons-in-laws. She enjoys going shopping with her daughters and taking family vacations to the beach. Heather has been in the dental field for over 30 years and loves interacting with people. She cherishes the relationships she has built over the years!
Heather is one of our wonderful hygienists. She has three beautiful children: Kaden, Alia, and Keanan! She lived overseas for 7 years in Puerto Rico and El Salvador and can speak Spanish! Heather is dedicated to her patients having a positive dental experience!
Kim graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors degree ub Dental Hygiene. She has worked full-time and part-time as a hygienist for over 20 years. She loves her job and getting to know her patients. She is married with 4 children and spends most of her free time with them. She loves learning new things, mainly about fitness, photography, and DIY home projects. She is certified in Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting. She also coaches at a local gym and loves helping people achieve their goals!
Monica has been with Doctor Hadfield since 2007 and is certified in the use of CO2 lasers and Diode lasers in periodontal (gum disease) therapies. Her thorough technique and gentle approach will make you feel at ease during your dental and periodontal exam. She may administer nitrous oxide or an oral rinse that will numb gum tissue to ensure your comfort. Her ultimate concern is the health of your gum tissue. Monica is up to date on the most effective solutions for tooth sensitivity, bad breath, bleeding gums, cold sores, and canker sores. Together you and Monica will determine what treatment is necessary to fit your needs.
Natalie just graduated from the University of Wyoming with her Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Science. She is originally from California, but has lived in a total of six different states! She loves to travel around the world and experience new things and enjoy the small and simple moments in life. While new to the dental field within the last two years, she loves the dental industry and helping patients any way she can.
Nicole had been with Hadfield Dental Care since 2007. She has held many roles in the office. She started as a dental assistant and worked her way to office manager before she decided to go to dental hygiene school. Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from UVU with her bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2014. She served as the ADHA Utah Central Component President in 2015 where she planned continuing education credits and advocated for hygienists across the state. Recently Nicole moved, but dont worry! We have kept her as a remote employee who helps manage the team and keep up the office morale. When she isnt working, Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids. They enjoy skiing, boating, and anything outdoors!
Our hygienist Sarah is from Orem, Utah and has been practicing as a hygienist since 2019! She has been married for 7 years and just recently had a baby girl in 2021! She loves playing games, going on trips, going to concerts, and using their season passes to the Utah Jazz!
Our hygienist Titus is a Lehi Local and we are so happy to have him! Titus started taking college level courses at the age of 14 and started Mountainland Technical College at age 16. At MTech, Titus earned his certification in Digital Media and graduated at the top of his class in his dental assisting certification. Titus loves cooking, spending time with family, conquering unique challenges, and so much more!
