Members of my family have been going to Dr. Elgendi for over 10 years. He is great, and his office staff are professional and friendly. Up to date technology rounds out the package. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Everything is new and clean. As I understand the clinic is under new ownership. I was really hesitant about going to any dental clinic due to the pandemic. Nonetheless, the personnel here made me aware of the extra steps they are taking to make sure that patients are safe. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Elgendi is extremely gentle and lets you know what he is doing every step of the way. I will be bringing my kids here for their routine work.

Under New Ownership and Remodeled . Dr Elgendi is great , I had extreme anxiety with dental procedures and was worried about my visit. But the Dr and his staff did a great job with my dental implants ..they look Great and the procedure did not take long at all. Now I can Smile with confidence again . Thank You I absolutely and sincerely appreciate Hacienda Family Dental .

It seems very unprofessional inside. They have wires all about and they have random equipment. One of the machines had a soda bottle with some sort of liquid connected to it. My last experience with them, I needed my wisdom teeth removed and I had an appointment at a specific time. I was told until after an hour that the doctor was behind in his appointments because he had gotten to the building late. I waited almost two hours until I finally got to see him. The dentist, Dr. Dickey, didn't even greet me when he saw me. He didn't even mention anything about the procedure but proceeded to look into my mouth. He was about to begin (I saw him uncovering some needles) and I had to ask him about how the procedure was going to happen. He was going to make me take two out that day then come back. He was about to start the procedure without even telling me how it was going to happen. I was angry and decided to stop it all together. I had to wait two hours for him to tell me he was going to perform an incomplete operation. He would have performed it if I hadn't said anything. Very unprofessional and bad service. You should not come here.
