Please LISTEN to these reviews!! There here for a reason! I seriously dont know why this guy hasnt had his license removed, horrible, terrible, the worst dentist ever!! Reporting him for such terrible work done to my root canal. Regret ever waisting my time with these lazy people who dont know how to do their job right! Please dont go here specially for a root canal youll regret installing trust me!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This dentist is horrible and I'll share my experience. I have a few root canals that need to be done but my insurance won't cover it and I can't afford the root canals. I told the dentist on numerous occasions that I wanted the teeth extracted and he refuses to do it. Now I'm constantly in pain, it's been hurting for almost a month now. Keep in mind I'm 35yrs old, if I want the teeth extracted then extract them what's the problem? I know the problem, he won't get paid enough for the extraction root canals pay more so he rather me be in pain cause he won't get paid enough for the extraction. Definitely done with this place, it should be shut down and license revoked!

I have another appt.for another root canal but after having bad experience on my first one i have to cancelled the incoming appt.Root canal not done correctly,always have pain.Not recomended!

I've been here before, because I had to get root canals done on me. The thing was that someone (probably a dentist that worked at the dentist I used to go to, I dunno. They also didn't take root canals) wanted me to go here, which was a very grave mistake. I don't get why anyone would recommend this place. I've read the reviews and Crystal Cardenas's really speaks to me in that I feel her. I legitimately got my root canals rushed and done wrong so much so my normal dentist told me to go somewhere else, and god is that place far better. It's far away from my house, but other than that I like that place (I even started to go there as a regular patient since then, since the staff are super friendly, reliable, funny, and far more professional than the ones at Hacienda). The people at my new dentist found out that they did my root canals wrong, and they tried redo them. If it weren't for them, my dental health would be at stake so much so I could've got septic shock a few years following the last time I visited them (which was like sometime 2019, I think). All in all, it is definitely not the best idea to go to this dentist.

This palce is horrible. I don't not recommend this place to anyone they are so unorganized and have people working here that shouldn't. And send you a bunch of automated text messages knowing your appointment was canceled and still ask for a review well here you. Have a nice day

Went in for a retreatment root canal and oh boy do I regret while doing procedure male Dr. Turns around to chat with female Dr. And result of that I'm stuck with a fracture tooth that I can not afford to get fixed.

Worst dentist ever they didn't even wait for numbing to kick in and they just went in and started using the drill and I could feel it and the doctor noticed and still made me go through it telling me to wait. My retainer doesn't even fit anymore and keeps popping off from how much he drilled. They are also aggressive when cleaning your teeth rushing for no reason not taking their time. Also told me I might need a root canal and never in my life has any other dentist said I had problems with my teeth until I came here do not come here worst dentist ever.

I've been here twice and both times not only did they try to do things I didn't need done but after contacting my insurance I found out they had been over charging me. Then when I called them out on it and they tried to make multiple excuses. I do not recommend this dentist office to anyone! They have poor attitudes as well!

This place is a total joke. I would not ever go here if I were you. They will not help you they will only do a bunch of unnecessary procedures to pad their pockets. They refuse to pull a tooth that they destroyed with a poor root canal. Tooth has been hurting over a year. They now tell me they will do a routine checkup and cleaning and if they determine the tooth is hurting they will schedule another appointment. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Do not go here you will be treated like garbage.

I recently had a root canal performed here. I've been coming for years but had a lot of hesitation returning, due to past negative experiences. I even informed one of the staff members that I was hesitant and nervous to return. Her only response was "well then why did you come back?" I'm in customer service and knew her response was very passive aggressive . I knew right then and there I should had gone with my gut, walked away and never have returned. But unfortunately, I returned and had a very expensive root canal performed. Months later I was still in pain, my tooth felt infected and I called them only to have them tell me I would be charged for more X-rays and a possible extraction. Thank God I went to a Dentist that was highly recommended by a friend. I then found out that all my concerns were valid. That the root canal done on me was done poorly, it was infected and needed to be re -done. I was overwhelmed because this root canal had cost me 2200 Dollars and I couldn't believe people had the heart to charge others this price while performing such poor work, and risking someone's health. On top of that, all the financial stress. Luckily, the Dentist I met, felt so bad for me that and he is fixing the root canal free of charge. On top of Hacienda Dental refused to send my X-rays. They ended up sending something that was illegible and they stated they "didn't email X-rays." I am so disappointed with Hacienda Dental and feel it would be wrong for me to not share this with others.

They never get you in at the ti.e the appointment is scheduled, its always an hr after or more Had bad experience with male doctor got a filling done with him complained twice because it was bordering he said it was because of the numbness had to come back another day and they couldn't get me because I didn't have an appointment for something the male doctor has done wrong.... had to wait another week for an appointment ..... ridiculous

Relative made an appointment in coordination with their work schedule, only for the doctor to change the appointment time the day OF to an earlier time and only give a 2 hour short notice. Of course, my relative couldn't make it on time to the new appointment and couldn't be seen. Completely unprofessional given the short notice to the newly scheduled appointment.
