Unprofessional service provided. Had an appointment for cracked tooth to understand the estimate cost for treatment. By the phone call been promised that x ray will be done an estimate will be given by doctor. Result: had not a doctor but a nurse visit, with explanation, that doctor is busy!!!!! But paid for doctors visit! No estimate given but referral to visit surgeon doctor, with an attitude saying: "O My God!!!! You don't have an insurance, I can't even tell how much is going to be" (the agent been informed by the phone, that patient doesn't have an insurance). Very unprofessional! 2 hours visit without seen a doctor, rude service and no estimate cost at the end! Front desk agent was very nice and friendly.

I absolutely would recommend Dr. Cardenas. She was my favorite dentist but because of the receptionist I have moved on to another Dental office. I received call after call and text to confirm my appointment. After confirming my appointment I would get another call to reconfirm again. I can't begin to explain how frustrating this is. I asked to speak with Dr. Cardenas about my experience and the receptionist told me that wasn't possible. I asked to be called and was ignored. Again if it weren't for the receptionist I would still be at the office as a customer. Her dental care was excellent. The day of my last cleaning appointment I arrived 35 minutes early and waited patiently. The time of the appointment passed and after an additional 5 minute wait left. I was never given any updates or if the Dr. was running a few minutes late but that never happened. Thank you for the past dental care Dr. Cardenas all the best to you. Adriana was the best thing that office had aside from you.

Canceled my appointment with a courtesy call or nothing missed work and all they could say is oh well you should have read your text. My text clearly stated call to reschedule your appointment nothing about It being canceled. It never said your appointment has been canceled please call to reschedule. Very poor organization and customer service.

Hands down, best experience ever! Dr. Cardenas and her staff is absolutely amazing! The entire team is very friendly, compassionate and kind! Dr. Cardenas was able to accommodate our special needs daughter and went over the procedure and explained everything very well. She communicated throughout the process and treated my daughter very gently and completely put her anxiety at ease! She was all smiles after her procedure and can't wait to see Dr. Cardenas for her next visit. The location is convenient and the wait time was very short! The reception staff is very organized and structured too. Highly recommend her to everyone!! Five stars are not enough!!

My wife and I came here for the first time and we were treated very well, the staff is extremely professional, the facility is very clean and modern and so is their technology and X-ray machines. Dr.Cardenas did an excellent job, happy with my first visit!!

HSmiles is the best dentist office you can ever ask for. Dr. Cardenas answered all my questions with patience, and she went above and beyond when I told her I was scared of some procedures. She made me feel safe and I knew since the moment I saw her I could have trusted her. I went there back to back so many times for cavities, she always treated me with professionalism and she also cared so much. Shot out to Veronica, dr. Cardenas' assistant, for being supportive all the time, and to Antonietta at the desk that made the $$ part so easy and understandable. The office itself is also very nice and clean, so forget about those nightmares where they treat you like a number and do yourself a favor by choosing HSmiles!

Dr Cardenas is the best dentist I ever met, she is very careful and skilled when I received my treatment. Her office is very organized and the staff is kind and helpful. My treatment plan was very well explained and they gave me options that fit in my budget. I definitely recommend her to everybody. It is great to have her as a dentist in this area. I needed to find a new dentist in the Orlando area, and I came across H smiles family dental Care . From the second I walked in Antonietta at the front desk made me feel welcome. Veronica took my X-rays and assisted Dr. Cardenas with examining my teeth. She assured me that everything would be okay, since I hadn't seen a dentist in a while. Such a sweet girl! Dr. Cardenas made sure to go over exactly what work needed to be done and she was extremely gentle and kind. I left so happy I made sure to write everyone's name down. I will be returning to this office in the future.

I highly recommend this dental office! The staff is amazingly friendly and easy to work with as far as scheduling appointments, getting you situated in the office at a fast and efficient pace , and overall making you feel like you're right at home. I had some nasty looking teeth when we first started but H smiles fixed me right up and now I'm not ashamed to smile in photos or laugh with all my friends and family. Thank you H smiles for all the work that you do!
