Really spectacular staff, really professional, clean, kind, considerate, the whole nine yards. One of the things I think is most difficult for me about going to the dentist is that it's so uncomfortable and you have so little control. I always feel like I'm in clockwork orange. You don't know what's happening and you have no control. But Dr. Pham and his staff are so good about paying attention to discomfort, and also cluing you into what's happening at every step of the way. They do things like showing you your teeth with video or pictures, before and after, or even during, which gives you short breaks, and also makes it so you're part of the work being done, instead of just someone that the work is happening to. Super great folks!

They treat you like a real person and are very reasonable with their prices. They are very transparent about pricing and the work they are doing on your teeth. Dr. Le is easy to talk to, professional, and knows what he's doing. All the assistants are extremely nice and genuinely willing to help. Highly recommend!

The doctors and assistants were amazing and professional. The frontdesk staffs were courteous and very knowledgeable about insurance. Call in advance for appointments since walk-in was no longer accepted due to covid-19. It was overall a positive experience. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends:)

Highly recommend Dr. Le! He is such a great dentist, unlike my previous dentist that just clean your teeth and let you go. He actually takes the time to teach you what you are doing wrong and what to do to prevent further damage. The reception staff here also feels friendly.

Dr. phu le is wonderful ! He narrates everything being done to your teeth, explain all your dental problems/not problems. His assistant, also nice. & Professional, she took x-rays and was patient with me as my jaw was wearing down from keeping it open for too long. I don't see any sketchy activity going on this office lol Will be a regular.

Dr. phu le is wonderful ! He narrates everything being done to your teeth, explain all your dental problems/not problems. His assistant, also nice. & Professional, she took x-rays and was patient with me as my jaw was wearing down from keeping it open for too long. HP Dental Group Dr. Hai Pham & Associates is the best dental office that I have been to. The environment is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very professional. Dr. Phu Le is a wonderful dentist. He has cured my sensitive teeth. Previously, when I had cleanings and other procedures, I would experience excruciating pain. After following his care advise, I am now pain free with procedures. Additionally, my teeth are in the healthiest condition they have ever been in. I highly recommend this dental office.

I've been going to HP Dental since at least 2008, and I've been very pleased with them...they are friendly, seem to have a genuine concern for the well-being of their patients, and are always encouraging me to be better about my dental hygiene without making me feel guilty for not being perfect. Even though I live over 15 miles away, I don't mind going to Oakland for my regular check-ups and cleanings.

I went back and i asked my doctor to refine my tooth cuz i felt its a-little bit higher and he right away did it for me. Numbing is fantastic, you wont even feel it. Very affordable high quality service place to be treated at. Staff are amazing and welcoming. Im so satisfied about their service. Five stars...

HP Dental Group Dr. Hai Pham & Associates is the best dental office that I have been to. The environment is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very professional. The customer care office is unprofessional in its conduct of scheduling appointments, I was talked down to and there was no understanding to the customer. The dental business is average where wait times are 30min+ even with a scheduled appointment. Overall dissatisfied
