Although I hate going to the dentist, I always enjoy seeing the great staff. Everyone is always friendly and quite entertaining. They do an excellent job every time. I have no complaints.

The service from this dentist office is AWESOME. The assistant helped me the whole time I was there because I am unable to walk without some assistant. They make you feel welcome.

Dr. Hall and staff are very professional. I am very pleased with their personable approach. I believe they truly care about each patient as an individual. It was refreshing that they listened to my concerns and addressed my needs in a timely manner.

Dr Hall is a Great dentist. He is very polite and courteous to your needs. He lets you know everything he is doing and keeps you informed. He explains all treatment options and will answer all your questions. Also the staff is very polite and courteous, the office is clean and run in a professional manner. They also explain treatment cost throughly before Dr Hall does any work. Update: Had to go see Dr. Hall again (4/11/22) for a dental issue he has been working on because another dentist in Statesboro didn't tell me how bad it was. That dentist just covered the issue with crowns. I couldn't see the issue but let's patch it and charge me again when I have to come back and have teeth removed cause decay has eaten tooth away. Well, Dr. Hall is a great dentist just trying to get by like all of us. I sat in chair today for 3 hours, he was polite and courteous. Kept me informed of every move he was doing, before he did it. Made sure I was comfortable and having no pain or issues while I sat there. If I did he immediately took care of it. Dr. Hall has called me this evening, along with one text message to check on me. I've never got that from my previous dentist on me or other family members. Spouse and 3 kids. Guess next time I see him will be in Walmart, because there won't be any appointments with his office. Thanks Dr. Hall
