This is my second attempt at a review because they have managed to delete almost every negative review on here! I suspected and now just confirmed my husband and I got scammed. Our insurance covered 100% of the services. They told us it didn't, and we paid hundreds out of pocket. They told me my fillings were old and needed to be replaced. I had no pain or issues. Since getting the fillings replaced, I cannot use one side of my mouth because of pain. I went back to get it fixed, and the pain continues. The billing person was rude and actually tried to lie to me and say that xrays are legally required. When I asked for the citation to the law (because I am a lawyer) she was unable to provide.

I've been going to this office for over four years not once have I had a bad experience. There has been some changes with office staff but I've never been treated poorly. Very professional office love his work he cares about his patients. The office is very clean and sanitary I love the fishtanks too. I would recommend Dr. Richardt to anyone that needs professional dental care.

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. Please do your research. I received the 6 month smile. Not only are my teeth crooked but I now have a gap I didn't have when i started. Also, he put on a permanent retainer that was not permanent at all. His billing manager is very unprofessional as well. There are plenty of great dentist in Naples this is not one of them. Also, look at the time frame for the 5 star reviews. They are all obviously fake.

Absolutely love Dr. Richardt and his staff (O-H-I-O!) After moving here and traveling back to Ohio every 6 months for my regular cleanings, I finally found Dr. Richardt! His office is comfortable, staff so friendly, affordable pricing, and love they have text notifications for appointments! Highly recommend them! Call to verify if they take your insurance, but that's true of all dentists. I drive 40 minutes from Ft. Myers to go his office and wouldn't consider changing to another dentist! Thanks to everyone at Naples Premier Dentistry for helping me find a permanent dentist in my new home area!

I visited Dr. Richardt last month because of a fully cracked molar where the filling fell out. He gave me an estimate for repair of that tooth, but also for 3 crowns on other molars that showed "cracking." I told him this was the same advice I had from another dentist for the same 3 teeth about 18 years ago. Be an informed patient. Most adults have teeth with craze lines, hairline cracks in the enamel that likely don't affect the dentin. He didn't ask if there was pain or hot/cold temperature sensitivity in those teeth, also suggested price shouldn't matter if insurance paid for it. Respectfully submitted in the interest of consumer advocacy.

Very unhappy with my experience went for the 15 units and after I explained to the Assistant where I wanted to have it done Forehead and eyes I accepted having 20 units instead and pay for the difference. The Dr suddenly started with the injections at both eyes and the same way dissapeared...no thank you...no nothing!!! When I asked the Assistant what about my Forehead he said it was only for the eyes and if I wanted the Forehead it would be another 20 units at $12 per unit and they could do it right away. Of course you can tell they only want your money. Never again!!!

I am pleased to have met and connected with Dr. Anton Richardt. I have always (and sometimes often) feared going to the dentist. This is the first dentist I have had that has helped me to be calm during the process. Anton is skilled and very well trained in his field of work. The professionalism of his staff adds to a successful visit to the dentist, and I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a dentist that is not only skilled, but one who works hard to get the best results of care for his patients. Finding a dentist with great skill, a great staff AND with integrity is a rarity. Dr. Anton Richardt is a rare find of all of those things in one! I have been under his care for basic to more extensive dental work, and all experiences have been wonderful. It's clear that he and his staff are focused on delivering an exceptional, very caring experience to all of their patients. I highly recommend him without hesitation!

Fantastic Doctor highly reccomended! I had an emergency involving a split gum from an accident and lost a lot of blood ...Dr Richardt dropped everything on his day off to see and help me. I have had a tooth capped along with many other procedures throughout the years. My wife and I cannot reccomended this Dr and his professional associates high enough! In the past, we have had really bad experiences with other dentists in the Naples area that are more interested in extracting money from your pocket book. Dr Richardt is NOT one of them...he is a doctor we trust.

Finally have beautiful teeth I've always dreamed of! Dr. Richardt and his staff kindly and professionally took care of a life-long problem of very ugly teeth which were affecting my whole life. I traveled a long distance to get his care and glad I did!

Dr. H. Anton Richardt is an amazing dentist- and doctor. In only a few minutes, he was able to repair my broken tooth, which had caused me pain for several weeks. His office staff is friendly and service oriented. Great experience!
