Traeci is the first bright smiling face you see as you walk into our office. Traeci is cross trained to work at the front desk in addition to her abilities to work as a chair-side assistant. She has her RDA certification that allows her to take and process radiographs; making her an indispensable team member.
Traeci is a mother of two. She loves to spend time with her husband Levi and two children Landon, born January 2007, and Cameron, born January 2008. She enjoys meeting new people and outside activities with her family. Even though she does not attend a certain church, Traeci believes in the lord with all her heart.
Jessica is Dr. Jordens registered dental hygienist that first started working in this dental office back in high school as a scrub tech then later a dental assistant. Jessica completed her bachelors degree in dental hygiene from MCV/VCU School of Dentistry in 2004. She practiced in a multi-practice dental anesthesia office in Virginia for 4 years before deciding to move back home to Lubbock after her husband ended his tour in the Marine Corps. She brings a gentle approach to your dental cleanings, making your visit comfortable and enjoyable while ridding your mouth of inflammation causing bacteria that has been proven to affect your overall health. Her periodontal examinations are your first line of defense against gum disease. She also offers affordable, professional bleaching services to help get you that brighter, whiter smile. Jessica is available for scheduling for your new patient examination or your routine cleanings and ready to answer any questions you bring.
Katie has been working alongside Dr. Jorden for more than 20 years. She is an expanded functions dental assistant with her RDA, nitrous oxide, coronal polishing, and sealant certifications. She is also an assistant with orthodontic experience. Katie is a registered massage therapist and a local resident of Lubbock.
Katie is a mother of two and a grandmother of two adorable little boys. She enjoys attending her youngest sons football games, track meets, and loves time with her eldest son and his family. Katie is also involved in a daily prayer by phone group with ladies from her church. Katie enjoys photography and anything that will allow her to enjoy the outdoors.
Ruby is a native of the Philippines. She went to dental hygiene school. Ruby is a seasonal part-time chairside assistant and has worked for Dr. Jorden for more than 20 years. She works full time for LISDs main office. Her experience and professionalism really shows during treatment.

Went in to have my teeth cleaned and left there paying over $400 for a teeth cleaning!!!??? Yes, over $400. Four simple bite wing xrays and a tooth cleaning, over $400. Con artists!!

Been with her for FIFTEEN years, not once have I ever requested a payment plan. The gold crown on my tooth that she didn't a root canal on, came off. So I had to pay $250 for her to cement it back on. EIGHT months later it came off again and she couldn't even do a ONE TIME payment plan for $250 so we can put the cap back on AGAIN. That's 2 times in one year that my cap came off. I told her I could even pay the $250 off in one month. I can't eat or drink without it coming off, it even comes off in my sleep and now has chipped my tooth. I can't even talk without it coming off.

Absolutely amazing. The people here are all so kind and obviously certified! A specific dental assistant was very sweet to me and had such a welcoming tone. Very very much recommend!

Does not sell what she advertises. Tried shoving dentures that OBVIOUSLY did not fit into my friends mouth even after she asked her to stop multiple times. She got aggressive and started assaulting my friend, hitting her in the chest then trying to hold her down in the chair. All because she refuses to refund or replace the dentures she falsely sold. I would not recommend Gwen Jorden for any of your dental needs.

Ms. Jorden is the most lovely, kind, gentle person! She's obviously very well experienced and makes every appointment feel awkwardly comforting and natural. And I hate the dentist!! Will definitely be returning here for the foreseeable future!
