Each insurance company and governmental payor (e.g., Medicare or Medicaid) has different negotiated rates. Therefore, depending upon your insurance carrier, the costs to you may vary. The pricing made available is intended to provide you with an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs: A) if you have a high deductible health care plan/insurance, B) if you have co-insurance that is a percent of the allowable charges, or C) if you are paying cash because you do not want an insurance claim submitted or you do not have insurance.
This website is a partial list and the out-of-pocket (cash) costs based on being paid in full, in advance (some treatments/tests/procedures are not eligible for a discount). We are able to offer these prices due to the lack of expense in processing the insurance claim and the absence of risk for non-payment. Alternative payment arrangements can be made with our business office using CareCredit. Once again, if you have insurance coverage, the prices listed do not apply since your insurance requires us to comply with the contract we have with your insurance company.
