Horrible service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. At the end of my treatment I got overcharged and when I brought it up to their attention they wanted to charged me late fees. When my payments were on auto pay. Olga doesn't know what she's doing like ever. Dr Gutierrez was gone for 3 months and no one knew anything. Had my Invisalign for 3 months that are to be changed every 2 weeks. Just horrible all around. Had to reschedule so many apt bc he didn't have his materials or didn't know what was going on.

I probably don't even have to write this review as there are multiple reviews below that explain how horrible this practice is.. But I would like to save people their time and money. I would just like to say that you will wait weeks to months for your Invisalign trays to come in to the office. The communication is terrible, and the front desk staff is very rude and only cares about money. I tried to be patient with them during the pandemic but after showing up to the office multiple times after calls not being returned and the doctor continuously out of the office I have finally received my retainer 2 years later and I still am not completely happy with my teeth. (I was supposed to be done with treatment in 8-10 months). There were multiple patients standing out side of the office at times trying to also find out what was going on and why the office was always closed. The office is very friendly and professional at first but once you start making payments and sign contracts all of the sudden you are just a dollar sign. I was also promised 2 pairs of retainers and only revived 1 at the end of my treatment so make sure you get what is promised to you in contract.

I'm amazed by the level of service from everyone at this office. Dr. Gutierrez is the best! They make sure to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend!! My friends went to Dr. Gutierrez after my recommendation, and all have great feedback. I myself was referred by two close friends that were treated by him, I believe that says it all.

I have been a patient for a ridiculous 3 years using Invisalign. The last impression was made 4 months ago. I keep getting a run around about why they are not in, Only get answering service when you call.... Customer Service is horrible. I have called repeatedly and was told on Dec. 7, it would be two weeks - Another MONTH HAS PASSED.....

Terrible time trying to get in contact with them. Communication is beyond horrible. It is a miracle if they call you back! Why in the world do they use an answering service instead answering the phones themselves? And if it isn't an answering service that goes to show how much they care about their patients because they don't call you back! Always an excuse for not getting answers or callbacks! I will say that whenever my son goes in he is treated very well. They care about my son's comfort and welfare during obviously painful situations. And the plan they had figured out for my son to fix his mouth has worked very well.

Dr.Gutierrez I have so much to say but to keep it simple I am very much disappointed worst mistake I made going to him if you are looking for a orthodontist skip over Dr.Gutierrez it'll save you from stress and keep money in your pockets. And before you come replying saying you don't see me as a patient please be aware of the fact that I am writing from a different account for a reason and I was a patient at a point of time unfortunately .

Dr. Gutierrez was excellent in solving the problem my son had with his hidden canine. He had ingrowing teeth, and they were crooked. he patiently listened and understood our concerns, explained the options and answered all our questions. The treatment lasted 3 years because of the complexity and the options we chose, he did an excellent job over that time. All his teeth were retained. He was very good at communicating with my son as well. Her assistant was very good and helpful. The rest of the office staff was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. G he is very competent, and really good at her work.

I just have to say my care with Dr. G has been nothing but wonderful. Dr. G and his team have taken the best care of me during my treatment! I started with traditional braces and moved to invisalign during COVID-19. I am almost complete with my invisalign trays and I am so happy with my beautiful smile all thanks to the team! The communication with Dr. G and his staff is absolutely wonderful as well. They got back with me so quick with all of my questions and tray pick ups. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. G. His treatment plan is the reason I am not afraid to smile anymore!
