Dr. Gusha was born and raised in Holden, MA. He is a 1975 graduate of Wachusett Regional High School. He earned a BA in Natural Science from Assumption College, a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University. Dr. Gusha has been practicing dentistry in Holden for over 25 years. He and his staff strive to provide their patients with the highest quality general dental care for all ages.
Dr. Gusha is an active member of the Worcester District Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and the Central New England Dental Research Group. Dr. Gusha is a graduate of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and a graduate of the Carl E. Misch International Implant Institute. He served as a chairman of the Board of Health in Holden for seven years. He was the past president of the Worcester District Dental Society and is the Project Director for the Central Mass Oral Health Initiative to improve access to dental care for low income individuals in Worcester County. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at The Health Foundation of Central Mass. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dental Services of Massachusetts.
Dr. Gusha is also a 2003 recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Award. He is one of ten honorees nationwide for his 'exceptional and effective approach to addressing the myriad health-care challenges facing people in communities across the United States.' 'It is the nation's highest honor for community health leadership.' Dr. Gusha lives in Holden with his wife, Cathy and their four children, Danielle, Ashley, Sydney and Alexander.
Dr. Robert M. Solomon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Tufts University and attended Harvard University, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. He also received his M.M.Sc. in oral biology and his periodontal certificate from Harvard University.
Practicing Periodontics since 2005, Dr. Solomon maintains memberships with numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Massachusetts Dental Society, Massachusetts Periodontal Society and the Harvard Odontological Society. Additionally, he provides lectures to predoctoral dental students and postdoctoral residents at the Harvard School of Dental Medicin
Dr. Sarah Alaaraji received her degree in Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with high honors. She then completed her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at New York University Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Alaaraji focuses on high quality treatment and comprehensive care for her patients and has years of experience in cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), the American Dental Association (ADA) and Spear Education that's dedicated to the pursuit of excellency in dentistry.

This office with Dr. Sarah, Jen the Amazing Hygienist and the Entire Staff were Incredibly Fantastic! I Honestly Never felt So Tremendous after visiting any Dental office the way I did after leaving Dr. Sarah's Care! I am looking So Forward to my next visit with Jen and this Helpful, Friendly Crew!

I have been a dental patient here for decades. There is a reason I don't seek another dentist! I am treated excellently here, with appropriate referrals as needed AND with attention to who I am as a person--wife, mother, professional, woman. Why would I look elsewhere?

I am a relatively new patient to Dr. Gusha's practice and today was my first visit with the hygienist. I had Kim as my hygienist, and I felt she was very thorough and did an excellent job. She was very friendly, courteous and professional. I'll look forward to seeing her again in 6 months for my routine cleaning.

I have been a patient of Dr Gusha for over 20 years. His staff is great and I highly recommend this practice. I moved out of Holden several years ago but continue to visit Dr Gusha and would not consider going anyplace else.
