Dr. Alec G. Gush has provided the highest quality orthodontic care to children, teens and adults in Auburn, New York and surrounding counties since 2003. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Subsequently, he completed his orthodontic residency at the prestigious Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York.
To stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontics, Dr. Gush maintains professional memberships with the Cayuga County Dental Society, New York State Dental Association, American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Seventh District Dental Society. He also is a member of many local dental study clubs.
Dr. Gush donates to numerous programs for sports, health, activities for patients and more. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as outdoor activities including cycling, skiing, snowmobiling and hiking.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment. Our staff is highly skilled, well trained, and strives to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a Registered Assistant, and our office staff has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of customer service. We stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by attending annual conventions focused on customer care and procedural innovations.

The staff at Gush Orthodontics make me feel like I'm a part if their family!! Every encounter and appointment I've had has been nothing but familiar and comfortable. I wouldn't recomend anyone to go anywhere if they were in need of an Orthodontist!!

Great friendly informative helpful people! Also when they say your appt is at 8 and takes an hour they really mean it. Definitely a great experience and my daughter really likes it there! They make it fun and rewarding for kids! I'm so glad we are part of the Gush family now!

All three of my kids have gotten their braces with Dr. Gush and we have had excellent service before, during, and after. We call their new smiles the "Dr. Gush special" because they look beautiful and the transformation from what was to what is is absolutely amazing!! The staff is so friendly, from reception, to billing, to those who work on the teeth, right up to Dr. Gush. No one is ever made to feel like just another patient. Very pleased with the service and highly recommended this office!

My wife and I both had braces from Dr. Gush and his wonderful staff. The service and professionalism of everyone involved in the process from the first consultation to the "great reveal" was exceptional. I would recommend that anyone who needs braces should get them here!!
