It seems that it is very hard to find a good dentist in Berks county these days! I am writing this review because in my five or four visits the "senior" receptionist up front was unprofessional the least and rude to patients and her coworkers alike! The dentist was very nice but too busy, I can see they are stretched very thin... The Hygienist was very professional and caring. X-Ray images were so bad that other practice couldn't make sense of it. Also, the main problem I came for wasn't solved.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. I love their honesty and true dedication to excellent dental care and not "upselling" me to more expensive services. Many competitors in the area are only out to deepen their pockets. The integrity of this practice speaks for itself. My only criticism, and why I only complaint is, if you need to reschedule an appointment, it can take up to 9 months for a routine check-up.

Mark D'Agostino family dentistry is the best place to go, they know whats wrong even if you can't explain it. They are kind, funny and treat you like family can't say enough good things and he knows how to make you feel at ease, and always there when you need them.

When COVID-19 started they closed down and canceled my appointment which is understandable then they rescheduled me almost a year later which is ridiculous, so I forgot and had to pay for missing. Now just recently I had an appointment and the day off, my 2 week old son got meningitis so obviously I missed and now they kicked me out of the practice. You think as Humans they would understand the situation but I guess they only care about themselves never met a practice in the medical field where there suppose to help people be so selfish but it's ok just want people to be aware of the kind of humans they are dealing with and supporting.

Mark D'Agostino family dentistry is the best place to go, they know whats wrong even if you can't explain it. They are kind, funny and treat you like family can't say enough good things and he knows how to make you feel at ease, and always there when you need them.

I would absolutely refer anyone here. They've treated us nicely and seen us for emergencies. My son fell off his bike and knocked his front tooth out. Dr. Gurksi was waiting for us fifteen minutes later and we saved the tooth. I really trust them.

I would definitely recommend this practice. Both Dr. DaGostino and Dr. Gurksi make you feel at ease and like you're in capable hands. Our family has been with them for over ten years.

I can't say anything bad about my experiences with Dr. D'Agostino. He was always very sweet and straightforward. Then in October, I received a call that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency with someone in the office. I completely understand that and would be fine to reschedule; however, the date I was offered was in January. That part wasn't acceptable to me. I should have been offered something much sooner. I appreciate the cancellation list, but it's difficult for me to leave work on a whim. Unfortunately, I had to seek care elsewhere. I hope they can learn from this and set aside time for existing patients when the office has to reschedule appointments.

The staff is really great! I've been going now for 6 years. When I moved to the area I went through 5 dentists before I found Dr. D'Agostino.

I've never left a negative comment anywhere but I feel the need to do so here. Let me start off by mentioning this review is regarding my negative experience with front desk and billing.. I've taken my daughter twice here and on my second visit my daughter had new insurance, I told the receptionist the name of the new insurance and told her i hadn't received the new insurance card, she told me they accept the insurance and when i receive it call in to give them the member I.D number... 3 weeks later I receive a bill. I called the office and when I politely told the receptionst i have a billing question she sucked her teeth and said "wait" which i find so unprofessional!! If she doesn't like her job why is she working there!? I then get transferred to the most rudest person who apparently is in charge of billing. When I explained what happened she told me they dont accept my daughters new insurance and i have to pay the bill. I told her it's not fair I have to pay when I received false information. If i would have known they dont take her new insurance i would have just went else where..The lady called me a liar. Apparently according to her I lied about going in the day of service and telling the receptionist what insurance I had switched my daughter to.. i explained everything that happened that day step by step and told her if she doesn't believe me she can look back in the cameras and see I am not lying. She then told me "we don't have camera's here" with the most disgusting attitude... wow I really hope they record the calls made at that office and the person in charge could listen to everything she said and the way she spoke to me so rude and unprofessional!

Had a fantastic visit here today! The entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable! As a person who has anxiety and dreads going to the dentist, the dental assistants and dentist made it as easy and painless as possible. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
